I love the OTF family! Warning - this work out will kick your butt! The trainers are all so funny and kind, this place is worth every penny! To me, health and fitness is nothing to cheap out on. OTF helps me make my health and wellness a priority while encouraging balance and giving me a competitive outlet!

Full Review below but long story short: Go join Orangetheory Chamblee up the street at 5211 Peachtree BLVD. Better Coaches, Better front Staff, Better Gym Space. After being a member for over 18 months, I cancelled my Orangetheory Brookhaven Membership and will be moving to the Chamblee location up the street. The last 6 months of my membership have been very frustrating. It all started on a benchmark run day where the head coach, Margaret, accused me of lying about my distance very loudly where multiple other members were able to hear. Even though I wasn't lying, it was a very embarrassing experience and I began to feel unwelcome at the gym. I went from going at least 5 days a week to only going 2 to 3 days a week to avoid attending her classes. Very frustrating to pay for a premier membership and not even feel welcome at the gym. After some schedule changes, I could no longer attend the classes with the coaches I enjoyed. Once I started going to classes at OTF Chamblee I realized how much I couldn't stand the Brookhaven location leadership anymore. When you walk in the door at Brookhaven you're usually greeted with a Ho Hum response, but at Chamblee you're greeted with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine welcome. If I owned OTF Brookhaven, I'd be very concerned with the direction it is being led in by the head coach. If OTF's commitment is "to encouraging, facilitating, and upholding an environment centered on diversity, equity and inclusion across every facet of the Orangetheory brand", then Brookhaven leadership needs to be evaluated at every level. The only person I will ever go back to Brookhaven for is Josh. He's by far the best remaining coach. He's a great coach that makes the class challenging but fun.

It's a great workout but the best part are the staff and members. It's a safe space to pursue whatever fitness goal you have. I love it. Beat decision I have ever made. The coaches care about each member and know us on a first name basis. The staff go the extra mile for a special and unique experience.

In general, OTF provides a positive workout environment where gym-goers are encouraged to set and celebrate personal goals, rather than compete against their peers. I've found the workouts to be varied enough to not get monotonous, but …

The coaches are awesome and the classes are a really good workout- if you’re considering OTF as a whole I would say 5 stars, but this specific studio has problems with the front desk. Issues with generally just being sort of aloof. …

I have recently joined and love it so far. I just recently have had kids and needed something where I can push to give maximum effort twice a week. The staff is amazing and the instructors do enough to keep you motivated without making you feel bad.
