Tried the trial, I enjoyed it. Just didn’t have a great experience with Leila and a front desk associate. They were dismissive and condescending to me not wanting to buy a membership.

I absolutely LOVE coming to OTF West Midtown! It’s challenging but you have so much fun while working out! I’ll burn between 400-600 calories every time I go. I look forward to every class I sign up for. Every single coach is incredibly encouraging and hypes you up to do your very best. There isn’t one coach that I dislike taking their class. Sign up if you get the chance because your first class is free!!! ;) love my OTF fam!!!

I've been going to this location for a year now and today I just have to give OTF Midtown a shoutout. There was an active shooter warning during our class today, and the office manager (Sarah) took the time to relay us the information calmly and professionally while encouraging us to shelter in place at the location if we needed to. I share that example to show how caring the staff at OTF Midtown are. Beyond someone who works out at the gym, they care for your safety and well-being. I don't know how they learn the names so quickly here but everyone on staff knows who you are and you're always welcomed into the class with so much positivity and energy. If you're coming for your first class, I couldn't swear by Coach Kasey enough. She is the absolute ideal OTF Coach, the best I've seen (and I've taken OTF classes at other studios around town!). Her positivity and energy is infectious and she genuinely cares to make sure your form is on point without coming off as judgmental.I highly recommend folks try the first free class to check it out, it is such an efficient, fun, high-energy workout. There's so many times they offer during the day to fit many schedules. It is such a nonjudgmental space where the only person you're competing against is yourself to burn the most you can. I've never been bored by a class and they switch things up. I now use heart rate interval training as a practice and discipline within my life and other workouts, it's seriously changed my life and been such a great tool for accountability that OTF taught me! Thank you so much OTF Midtown!

Recently visited this OT and was a little disappointed in the friendliness of the staff. I've been to many studios that make you feel welcome the moment you walk in, and I think this studio lacked that. The studio itself was amazing! It was very large and clean. It was quite hard to understand the coach because it sounded a bit muffled.

I have been to a few studios, but none compare to West Midtown! The best energy and the best staff!

It is a challenging and doable workout. The coaches are relatable and positive. Progress monitoring via benchmarks and the fitness tracker also help to motivate. OTF Midtown is a fun place to workout.

Great location and staff is amazing!Love the workouts, music is pretty good, and I don’t get bored or annoyed by the workouts. Always burn a lot of calories.Docked one star because I think their systems should sync with the Apple Watch OR they should provide the heart rate monitor for a lot cheaper than they do. Also, there should be a towel service.
