Love this studio! No complaints about any of the staff, the members are nice, welcoming, non-judgmental, and not overly competitive. Wendy, the studio manager, does a great job keeping the culture going even during “down” seasons. Last but not least, Brock is the best SA I’ve ever met (I’ve been to 6 or so different studios): super chill, knowledgeable, and personable… he somehow remembers all names and faces. My only regret is that this isn’t my home studio. It’s also in a nice shopping center (Publix, Kroger, and other stores are all walking distance) instead of a standalone.

Great balanced workout between cardio and strength. The staff, facilities and equipment are always great. I’ve been working out here for six years and been able to stay engaged and maintain consistency.

Northlake is a nice big studio. Coach Niles and Wendy at the front desk are lovely. The only thing I would change is the shower/bathroom combo. The 2 showers are in one small room connected to the poorly-lit bathroom and separated by 1 door. A more private dressing room would be better and feel less like a group shower. The bathroom is stocked with deodorant and lotion, which is nice.

Staff was attentive, not pushy. OT is clean and every machine was working. It's a great atmosphere to get started and to keep going for strength and cardio.

My first time doing a work out of any kind in over 10 years. I like how the work out varies day to day. Class started on time and the instructor was great, there was 3 total new people in the class. There is no expectation that you can do everything at your first time. After each group got off a machine, it was sanitized. I've been told this is a practice that they've been doing before Covid.
