My wife loves the classes. Unfortunately she cancelled membership, and I witnessed firsthand, because Lauren behind the desk must have been having a bad day and treated her so poorly, cancelling was the only option.

Every time I come, it’s one issue or another. There’s a black girl with glasses who helps arrange what station we are to start at. She is awkward which is fine but she’s not friendly and never smiles. She told me that I couldn’t join a class after I showed up 7 minutes late on the dot because there’s a rule where you can’t join a class after 7 minutes. I have been late to a class once before at a different location and it was no issue. This means I have to pay a $12 fine for missing a class because they would not allow me in after 7 minutes. I just don’t feel that’s appropriate given that I pay for Premier unlimited classes and am on time for 99% of the classes I have attended. I plan to cancel the membership and pay less money for a different gym membership—somewhere where I’m valued for spending my hard earned money.

My wife and I went to classes at this location together 3x times a week for several months. It was kind of our date night...at 7:30 AM!During that time we slept well, our mood was elevated and we ate whatever the hell we wanted. It was a tremendous experience. Orange Theory really is the best 1-hour workout in America.

2 stars for front desk, 5 stars to the coaches. I was late for 7 mins but acc to their internal clock I was 9 min late. Big deal??? The class had empty spots but still I was charged $12 cancellation fee and not allowed to join the class. I went to another location and they didn't have any such rules if they have empty spots. This location has made its own stupid rules. 7 min cancellation SERIOUSLY!

Horrible customer service, as someone who throws huge events; I will never send or recommend anyone to go here. So sad because Orange Theory is such a great establishment but the staff at this location is beyond rude and unprofessional. Not …

I truly love the Orange Theory concept & it's kept me going for 7 years! I love how I can go to any OTF in the city (or anywhere in North America) b/c my schedule has me all over the map. It's 60 minutes of great cardio & strength training - never the same workout & different fun days thrown in too. Manager Brittany at OTF Madison Yards is topnotch in customer service!!! She is friendly and so helpful!

OTF is amazing!!! I highly recommend everyone try at least once. The workouts are intense and they are never the same. I love the fact you can monitor your own progress throughout the class (heart rate, calories burn, splat points) this allows you self monitor and push yourself to hit the goals you want. The coaches are very encouraging! I love this place!!!

I’ve been a member here for nearly a year and have consistently had an excellent experience. The coaches are so friendly and encouraging. Orange Theory structures their workouts in such a motivating yet challenging way. The HIIT workouts are paced in such a way that feels doable — I can do anything for a minute at a time (including running, which I strongly dislike) and the workouts capitalize on your ability to push yourself and then rest.

I have visited multiple OTF locations throughout the metro Atlanta and DC area. The staff and team members at this locations are the most friendliest of all of the locations that I have visited. I had the absolute pleasure of training under the direction of Glenn who is extremely encouraging, professional, and courteous. The gym manager is also very professional and friendly. I felt motivated and encouraged during my visit and I will absolutely return to this location for the wonderful customer experience.
