Pinnacle has been great for my fitness. Not only is David knowledgeable, and motivating, but he doesn't push to the point where I feel like I would get injured. Alex the other trainer is fantastic as well. I don't have to plan my workout anymore and usually end up doing excercises I noramlly wouldn't do that are needed.

Pinnacle is a great combination of an effective, challenging workout in a fun and supportive environment. The workout is different every time, which keeps it interesting and fresh. I would recommend joining a Pinnacle class whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey or in great shape and looking to try something new. You will see a change!

I have only been a member of Pinnacle Fitness(Decatur) for 3 weeks and seen a massive change within my postpartum body. David & Chelsea(trainers) are so knowledgeable and personable. I feel as though I’m getting a personal 1 on 1 training session within a group class setting that is friendly and non-intimidating. The pricing is excellent for what the gym offers.

I just joined Pinnacle a few months ago and I'm already seeing results! I've worked out at other gyms in the past, but I've been turned off by the way the trainers push you to try and do too much. I love how the trainers at Pinnacle are supportive and encouraging, but not pushy. They understand that we are all building up to a better level of strength and that it takes time. They never push me to do more than I'm comfortable with, and yet they always encourage me to challenge myself. It's an important balance and Pinnacle totally gets it. The trainers and the other members are the greatest -- friendly, fun, supportive and inspirational -- and the classes are challenging, fun, thorough and full of variety. I would recommend Pinnacle highly to anyone looking to get in great shape without being badgered by pushy trainers!

I never liked gyms, let alone classes. Pinnacle has changed all that. I enjoy the classes, trainers, and people. Both Ryan and David are extremely attentive and make sure you do your best with the best form. This has made me much stronger and healthier.

Pinnacle Fitness Center is the TRUTH! It’s got an open floor plan that’s always rearranged to a new kind of hell for every workout and I love it! David and the staff are really knowledgeable and they’re always staying on top of fitness innovations which means I never get bored! I should follow their nutrition plan but... one step at a time ^_^

I have been working out with Pinnacle for a while now and have lost about 30 lbs and gained muscle in the process. I really like the high energy workouts and the new equipment they recently purchased. I hate running with a passion but David keeps you motivated the entire workout. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun environment to burn off some of that unwanted weight and to get the tone/definition on your body.

David is amazing! He’s passionate and very well versed in his craft (I have yet to ask a question that he couldn’t answer in full); as an added bonus, David exhibits a professionalism that is unparralled in the fitness industry. Thanks to the custom program built for my recent knee injury, I am recovering much more quickly than expected. I’d recommend Pinnacle Fitness Center and it’s staff to anyone looking for a thorough training program.

After a full ACL rupture and when I'd healed enough to begin working out, I needed to find a personal trainer who could help me get back in shape while still babying my recovering injury. Also, during the 20 weeks of injury to recovery I'd put on weight (due to inactivity and pity eating. lol). From the minute I called David, I knew that I had found a place that would partner with me to achieve my fitness goals. I began Pinnacle's nutrition program and 6 weeks of 60-min, 3x's/week training sessions. I'm 4 weeks into the program, and I've dropped 10 lbs and gained new muscle. Once my personal training ends, I'm excited to join Pinnacle's group fitness classes. For those of you who are undecided about whether to do the nutrition plan - do it! And start with the fiber flush! It wasn't the easiest thing, but it jump-started my success!
