I absolutely love Project: Body ATL! The classes are challenging but fun. I’ve tried classes with Claudia, Rae, and Britni. They’re all so kind and encouraging. Would highly recommend this studio for your fitness needs!

I absolutely love this studio. I have a very busy schedule but the location is perfect and I'm happy they have 5:30 classes for us 9-5. I have learned so much and am able to use these workouts at home if needed. The instructors are fun, attentive, and keep me going! Thanks PB ATL!

I absolutely love this studio! I’ve enjoyed several different classes and each time I leave, I know I’ve gotten a good workout in! I always feel comfortable coming in and giving my all (even when it’s hard). I also love that there’re no pressure given the fact that it’s all women. I’ve made some really great connections with the ladies who attend and instructors. I can’t believe I didn’t find this studio sooner. This should be offered in every city to all women who want a safe and comfortable space to sweat and build community around the goal of health! Grateful for this unique experience! 10/10 , would recommend !

I have great experiences at Project Body! I never used to be comfortable working out with others, but Claudia makes you feel comfortable and motivated each class. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful especially for someone like me who is new to workout classes.

I have been going to workout classes for the last 20+ years. I have taken classes in Chicago, London, New York, and Atlanta. I have tried all kinds of workouts Pilates, OTF, hot yoga, boot camps, cross fit and the list goes on. Project Body has been the BEST workout for my body. It encompasses all of these workouts. It has helped me get my pre-baby body back. Claudia's classes are fun! You never know what fabulous exercise you will do. Project Body's classes go by so quickly and your feels amazing after it. I am never going back! It is ONLY #ProjectBody for me now!

Best gym in East Atlanta! Such a welcoming, comfortable environment to workout. I love the small class sizes and efficiency of the workouts. The instructors push and challenge you, while offering modifications. I highly recommend!!!

I love going to Project Body because they meet me where I am! I am encouraged to go at my own pace and not push to the point of injury. Classes are smaller. The instructor is able to customize to the attendants and correct form as needed. There is also ZERO judgement. I have a blast and feel encouraged each and every time!

This was my first virtual workshop at this gym. The energy of the instructor Lauren Tippins was amazing! Lauren, was so inspiring and motivating, I can’t wait to join a In studio class.Still feeling strong and excited about the experience hours after class.

I've been coming to Project: Body ATL for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! The environment is super welcoming (especially for someone like me who is by no means a "gym shark" or "workout junkie") - very much an "all bodies and all levels" vibe. I really felt like I became a part of the community as soon as I stepped into my first class and that's exactly what I was looking for in my search for a neighborhood gym.The instructors are friendly and energetic - they all write their own workouts, so no class is the same, they provide plenty of modifications, and encourage you to listen to your body - whether it be pushing yourself or giving yourself a break when you need it.Pricing wise - I got their new client 30-day pass which is an absolute steal (30 days for $30!), but I will also be purchasing classes as soon as that's over. They have multiple options for memberships too which is awesome - from monthly passes to multiple class packages. No weird fees or contracts!Love the pricing transparency, the environment, the instructors - honestly everything about this place is awesome and gets me excited to work out :)
