The staff was excellent. We wanted to work out, and we are from out of town. Staff was very welcoming, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Owner worked with my cousin personally, and introduced himself to me. Two other staff members were incredibly kind as well. Made us feel welcome, and had excellent equipment. Very clean and well kept.

I have been training here for about two months now & really like it. After much searching it seems that I have finally found a gym that works for me. Love the location & laid back vibe of the gym. G is a great trainer & I enjoy his workouts.

Highly recommend! It's always a great time at the Fit Spot. The trainers are professional, supportive, and fun. Not only will they help you reach your fitness goals, but also check-in to make sure you stay on track. Check out training sessions with Bruce, Shannon, or Meek!!! You won't be disappointed.

I got the best workout of my life here and they made the experience fun**= It was not easy, but they encouraged me to gain through "the pain" lol. This gym is awesome and I would definitely recommend it.
