I have only taken the fast twitch classes here, but they are intelligently sequenced and the instructors pay attention to you and correct your form. The staff are friendly and the space is neat and clean!

My favorite gym when I lived in Atlanta. The fast twitch classes are a tough but rewarding workout! When I move back I’m 100% joining the club again.

Do not come here if you are at all fearful of contracting COVID. The gym is operating classes (and the regular gym floor) at full capacity, no social distancing, no masks, no additional cleaning measures. Employees do take your temperature upon arrival, however, they are not wearing masks and they have to get very close to you to do so. It’s extremely uncomfortable. I feel bad leaving this review, as they are a family owned business, but they are risking people’s lives with this negligence.

I took the 90 minute Fast Twitch Class and absolutely loved it ! The variety of exercises and equipment utilized to work your core was impressive and original. The instructors doa great job of making sure movements are executed properly and the music 🎵 played doing the workout 🏋️♀️ was motivating. Excellent Class and The best health club in Atlanta! The vibes of the Club are sooo upbeat !Highly recommend 👍❤️❤️❤️

Great gym if you like weightlifting. Very clean, and the staff are very nice. They have a wide selection of machines and plenty of squat racks. I've never been here during "rush hour," but I imagine it might be full then. Hours are extremely convenient (they open at 5 AM!). Decent selection of cardio machines. They could have more stretching mats, but honestly they'd have to give up something else for that, and I'd rather they didn't.

Mixed experiences culture and sensitivity training is needed .I've seen great things but I've also experience racist experiences as well just being honest .
