I hope you never have the misfortune of being a member of X3. I have never left a negative review for any business because for the most part, I like to give the benefit of the doubt. X3 is the first to change that for me. The gym is poorly managed and incredibly dishonest. I signed up for the gym membership for a longterm contract (2-3 years) and I was promised if I ever move (around 10 miles outside of the gym), I could cancel the contract for no fee. It's been 2 years since I left, and out of nowhere a collections agency (Swift Financial) calls me and says if I don't pay $2700, they will ding my credit score. Which impacts my ability to get a loan or mortgage. I paid off my bill because I don't want bad credit, but it is disgusting to see how this gym treats their members and their contracts. I attended the gym just a handful of times before I moved, and they decided it was worth charging me $2700. In a pandemic.

I am pretty out of shape, but everyone there is very supportive and encouraging without being patronizing. This includes all the instructors I have trained with and the other members as well. Instructors are always curious as to what it is you want to work on in a given class and seem to have a good feel for what they can legitimately expect from you and tailor their instruction accordingly. As I become more comfortable with the basics, instructors are able to accurately gauge my progress and show me more advanced techniques.

A top notch facility with the best staff you could imagine. Everyone on the X3 team is extremely inviting and encouraging. It makes reaching your goals that much more realistic and exciting. The classes are invigorating and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable. A great place to start or continue on your fitness journey

The Trainers and the Gym are both 5-star quality but the Sales/Management Team(West Midtown) is 🚮. I was told when setting up my membership that it was gonna be month to month no contract which i can easily get out of if needed. That was Lie #1. When I wanted to cancel my membership, they told me that i was locked in for a year but I could pause my membership for $10/month until the contract runs out. Come to find out, that was also a Lie 🤄. The $10/month just added on to the $129/ Month and adds an extra month to my contract. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ YOUR CONTRACTS! The sales/management team will tell you anything just to make quota!

I loved all the trainers and the gym itself, but the management/member services team (West Midtown) is not understanding at all. When my hours changed for my job (meaning I was unavailable when X3 was open), I was told to freeze my account since they didn’t accommodate their open hours. I was not told however that the paused months would extend my contract. Then, upon returning, my body was in pain from participating in classes. I wanted to make the best decision for my health and cancel my account since I was struggling to attend classes now because of both my job and health. However, I was told I needed medical documentation to prove ā€œsubstantial or permanent disability.ā€ I cannot provide such documentation because my doctors are unsure of what is causing my pain. When I registered, I was told I could easily get out of the contract if extenuating circumstances arose. However, that was a lie. So, now I am stuck paying for a membership I cannot even use. Also, never expect to talk to a real person after you sign on. They will only email you, and team members say they will pass along a message, but no one ever calls. Everything about this situation is awful, and as others have stated X3 is a company of tricks and false promises that they do not live up to. It’s all about money and not about the customer.

I LOVE the classes & overall the community that they built. Initially I was intimidated because I’m a beginner, however their classes are great for people at any level! X3 is the best gym I’ve ever been a part of and I hope to grow with them for many years to come.

The facility looks great. The staff and instructors are amazing. I love the variety of workouts that they offer. And then I also can come in and just work on the machines on my own if I would like to. The instructors are always willing to offer any advice to help you achieve your goals. I am very sure I’m gonna be able to achieve my goals at this gym. I really love everything about it even though I’ve only been there for a short period of time.

I really love this gym. I do mainly the kickboxing classes and it’s a great workout and you actually learn things for self defense. Fast Track will get your heart rate through the roof but you leave the gym feeling like you gave it you're all. What’s important to me is that you get pushed to your limits but not over meaning the instructors not going push you to a point where you about to pass out. They don’t put unnecessary pressure on you and for me that’s key. The members are good and the vibe in the place is extremely welcoming. I highly recommend

I like the knowledge the coaches have. They are very approachable and that can’t be said for all gyms. Also the facility is very clean and set up nicely. The schedules are set up so people can always get into the classes they want. Just a good gym overall.

Happy to see that there reopen, not to fond of the 45 min classes since this hole pandemic, I hope they go back to the hour session, but with in those 45 mins, you still get a hell of a burn. Great instructors, thumbs up to Oscar he had to teach 2 classes at one time, kickboxing and Boxing, and he did that. I can't speak for everyone, but I feel he did an outstanding job and we still got a great workout in. When I started the beginning of the year I weight in at 208, even with the pandemic I still worked at home, and controlled my eating, and now July I'm 195. If you like to sweat this is the place.
