My son trains here Tuesdays and Thursdays. He loves the coaches are awesome. Athelite has helped Jase not only physically grow but also has helped with his self confidence. The customer service aspect of Athelite has been fantastic. Every question is happily answered. If your considering on of their programs for yourself or child I'd recommend jumping on it.

The coaches have done wonders, not just for my son's physical abilities, but also his confidence. Investment in his physical and mental health are important to my wife and I. Attending Athelite has helped him on numerous levels. We have also attended their summer camps and our son loves those as well. I would highly recommend any of their youth training programs.

I cannot recommend Athelite more highly. My 15 year old son has been training with them over the last 4 months and we are beginning to see real strength and speed gains now. I really appreciate the way they keep kids engaged and work to tailor their workouts around their specific sports goals.

I've been going to Athelite for over two years now (starting when it was called Greenbriar Fitness). Originally I joined because I needed a solid program to get me in some kind of shape. They have good programming and a great community. Every class is intense but a lot of fun. The coaches provide the right amount of direction and encouragement and even though I spend 90% of my waking life sore, I'm in the best shape I've been in since high school.

Highest quality small group workouts! Ryan and Rebecca are expert trainers who focus on each individual while leading small groups. The exercises are challenging and flexible for varying levels of fitness. I highly recommend Athelite Academy to achieve your health goals. I am able to come in and get a great workout in 40 minutes. Trainers are always focused on their clients. They truly give 100 percent.

I have been training with Ryan and the Athelite team for about a year and have been completely satisfied with my strength improvements. I enjoy the combination of lifting and cardio, no workout is the same which keeps my mind and body interested. Would highly recommend if your looking for a more personal approach to fitness. Great for the novice or seasoned athlete.

This is an outstanding facility and program. My kids made improvements single class with agility, speed, balance, technique and they just had a great time. All of the staff are motivational. They love what they do for our kids! Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. Mike Miller.

Athelite has been and continues to be the best when training speed and agility for younger athletes and has an exceptional program for adults looking to get in shape or lose a few pounds. Ryan and his trainers make sure each client/athlete understands and executes every movement properly to ensure maximum effectiveness without injuries. My son has trained with Ryan for more than 5 years (started age 7) and continues to improve. He has always made the top team for his club soccer team. In addition, I participated in the 6 week fitness challenge and lost 27 lbs and 5% body fat. Athelite is simply the best for all ages. If you’re looking for a friendly environment with exceptional trainers that cater to each individual, this is the place for you.

All 3 boys have been receiving athletic training outside their respective coaches & teams since 2016. However, we all experienced “The Difference” this past week when we visited ATHELITE & Ryan Bowers. “The Difference” is in the Details. They were put thru a series of drills, most of them they had done before, but this time they were not just told to do it a certain way. Ryan explained the fundamentals...how they needed to do it, why this way worked, what the results would be as well as when & how the results would be realized, seen and measured. I was impressed by the fundamental corrections and immediate improvement in movements all 3 boys showed just from a couple of hours of assessment, dissection, correction, implementation and execution specifically tailored for each athlete’s physical/bio mechanical make up. Anyone can pluck workouts and drills from other camps, trainers or online and run athletes thru them like a PE class which will improve their physical conditioning. The question is are the Good athletes becoming Great athletes?!?! What separates the Good Athletes from the Great Athletes??? It is the attention to detail!!! The attention to the details is what separates the Great from the Good and is what will set you apart from the crowd...make you stand out and shine!!! The attention to detail & commitment that Ryan and his staff puts into each athlete at ATHELITE is truly what makes “THE DIFFERENCE”!!!
