Staff refuses to refund. They tell you to email another staff member in charge of cancellation and it will take up to 30 days..... Been 30 plus days and staff won't give me her phone number or corporate number. Megan, the manager won't even pick up the phone to talk to me personally.The gym is dirty, machines aren't maintained......

Gym is much improved. There were some issues during the transition from Golds to Max Fitness but those have been resolved. Nice staff and a wide variety of equipment.

I love this gym! They have so many awesome things that other gyms don’t offer. Most of their staff is super friendly! LOVE the women’s only area!

While this is an extremely nice gym, I read through the comments and see where other people are having the same issue as I am when trying to cancel their membership. I haven’t been to the gym since 2022. I’ve been trying since January to cancel my membership and they just won’t let me and keep taking my money. No one should be forced to pay for services they don’t use and that’s what they’re doing!! I really hope you can get this membership situation sorted out!!

This gym allows minors to come in and sign up for memberships which consist of two year contracts with no parent, legal guardian or any one over the age of 17 present which is illegal. Then when the account is not paid they send it to collections and try to hold them legally responsible for the debt even though it wasn’t a legally binding agreement because the person was a minor. My child was accompanied by other minors who were also allowed to sign up for gym memberships as well.

I took a break from the gym and a $400 bill sent to collections because my card wasn’t updated and they couldn’t charge me. They didn’t even bother reaching out to me by email, phone, or mail.
