Walked into this gym as someone who has never trained BJJ. From the first handshake with coach Ryne I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The hardest thing to do to start something new like BJJ is walking into the gym. 5 out 5 recommend you to walk in and train with us.

I'm 42, male, and I joined Augusta Jiu Jitsu Academy one year ago. Just by adding BJJ to my life 2-5 times per week I dropped 6% body fat, dropped my 2 mile run time from over 17 minutes to under 15 with no other real changes to my lifestyle. Great instructors, great gym mates, everyone is supportive of your individual journey into BJJ. I've recommended this gym to several Soldiers I know interested in developing their fitness in preparation for tryouts for selective units. It's never too late to start!
