Wally is a wonderful trainer who is skilled, experienced, and enthusiastic at what he does. I have trained with him for a little over a year now and have achieved all of my fitness goals with his help. He keeps me motivated and is often times more than happy to work with me when scheduling issues arise. Very much worth the investment!

At 55 I fell playing pickle ball and had wrist surgery a few months prior to joining Wally. I had got slack in my workouts and my slow recovery was holding me back. Wally took the time to listen and explain which exercises I could do and which I couldn’t. His expertise is amazing and he is authentic and caring towards everyone. He got me out of a hole and back on a regular routine. I would recommend Wally to my friends!

Wally is a professional in every sense of the word. He is a fantastic trainer, as well as is his assistant Nancy. I enjoy the quality of his training and his individual approach. I've been with Wally for a little over 3 weeks. I am very pleased with the training. There is never over 3 trainees in the gym at any given time, which lends itself to safety and one on one training. Wally is very committed to fitness and holds me accountable for my wellness. I look forward to this partnership with Wally.

I feel taken care of. I don't like the "corporate" feeling of regular gyms. Wally is to Publix what Gold's gym is to Walmart, lol. The price is beyond reasonable, and the personalized treatment is what makes you want to go again, as they make you feel you have a responsibility to yourself.
