Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people! I’m in the best shape of my life! You get a personal trainer in a group setting. Everyone there has like-minded goals & they encourage and motivate you to be your best!

Love this gym, the workouts, and the community. The owners and trainers will always make you feel welcome. I was sad to have to leave after 2 years due to changes in work schedule but will always recommend to others!

“But did you die?!” The question I ask myself most days (especially after a conditioning camp) and the answer is always no, no I didn’t die. I may be on another planet, not thriving for a hot minute as I try to gather my thoughts of what the last 45 minutes did to me, but in the end it’s always worth it and I always come back the next day.As someone who knows her way around a gym, I was super unsure if Burn would be a good fit for me. I had never been one for “group fitness”, but let me tell you, I was so wrong. After becoming a new mom, Burn was everything I needed. I started bringing my then 6 week old to the gym. Childwatch was a God-send and here we are, he’s 10 months old and still comes to the gym with me. Focus meetings are also a thing you didn’t know you needed to help you stay on track, but I heard if you eat Chick-fil-A in one you also have to bring Jordan, the head trainer, Chick-fil-A as well. She’ll take an Egg White Griller.Seriously Burn is full of amazing women (and men) creating an awesome community to better themselves and their health. Come check us out!

I have been at Burn for over 2 years now. It is truly a love hate relationship (with emphasis on the love)! I have never prayed for time to go by faster than I do during those wall sits or bear crawls. I have called on Jesus more times than I can count to get me through the work outs. I’ve cussed the trainers in my head more times than I like to admit. But I LOVE the environment. I LOVE the people (even the trainers haha). Burn has pushed me to achieve things I didn’t know I was capable of. I have become stronger mentally and physically. I started Burn with the goal of losing weight. I’ve stayed at Burn to continue becoming a stronger and healthier version of myself and to be a better role model for my daughters. Give Burn a chance! If you do, you may question your sanity during workout sometimes, but you will never regret it!

I lost my exercise mojo after working out at home during COVID😩. I needed a new fitness routine to kick myself back into gear!! Wasn’t excited about previous fitness options I’d done for years—loved spinning but I was bored, tired of being scrutinized by strangers while weight training at other gyms, NOT interested in treadmills or stair climbers or elliptical machines anymore!! I wanted weight training with cardio that was always different. I wanted to work out with other like-minded women. I wanted challenging programming with supportive personal training. Great community, awesome trainers, a variety of workouts, complimentary Childwatch, and so much more! I'm 31 weeks pregnant and the trainers have modifications available so I can still get the most out of my 45 minute workout! You make even catch some of us doing a little dance for some active recovery!
