Kiara is really mixing it up lately! I love the variety! Pushing us a little harder! It makes me feel I am really progressing in my core strength!

Caroline is a great instructor.She’s very cheerful & motivated. Her teaching is excellent. She communicates the workouts very clear and never the same from week to week. She takes the time during classes to check your posture and ensures you are doing the exercises safely. All muscle groups get a work out which is great. I can feel that my core is getting stronger and it just makes you feel good about yourself.

Club Pilates Evans is wonderful! I get a great workout, and I while I "feel the burn" during every class, and I'm a little sore the next day, it's not so much that I can't walk or climb stairs. It's just right! My favorite instructors are Mimi (I LOVE her playlists and upbeat, super cool attitude!), and Javi and sweet Caroline who are always encouraging and give me an excellent workout too!

Enjoyed the challenge loved the music very relaxing. Mimi was challenging but I was able to stayed the course for 2 sessions.Really proud look forward to our next meeting!

Thoroughly enjoyed the class! Rhiannon has such a soothing peaceful voice and she made the exercises more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back

I love the way Nanani conducts her classes! She keeps things moving and doesn’t stay with one movement too long. I’m always surprised when the class is over because it seems to go by so quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the 30 minute intro class with Javi. She was very clear in her instructions for a first timer and made me feel comfortable enough to feel like joining. Thank you for a great intro to Pilates.

I recently joined Club Pilates in Evans a few weeks ago and it has been one of the best decisions. I have taken classes with Mimi, Caroline, Nanani, and Jaiviah and they have all challenged me in different ways while making the class enjoyable. They are all wonderful in teaching the fundamentals to this newbie and I cannot recommend them enough! I have been a long time strength trainer but I got to a point postpartum where it no longer felt good on my body. Pilates has been just what I needed!

I love Mimi’s classes. The have a great tempo, are very challenging and flow wonderfully. Mimi is a force!! She keep classes interesting and fresh. She keeps an eye on our form (really more of an eagle eye😳!!). She is one of the adhesives that keeps Club Pilates on point and exciting. Whew - her class today….AWESOME!! Her knowledge and skills sets are amazing. I have been a member for 2.5 years now and still look forward to grabbing my water bottle and heading to CP!!! Well DONE!!
