EXCELLENT SCHOOL! Both Frank and Christa are not only extremely gifted when comes to their martial arts skills but they are wonderful teachers as well. Highly recommend checking them out!! I love them dearly!!

Strong Karate Instructor here at this school. He knows how to break a technique down and teach how to execute the technique. One of the better area instructors for sure!
