Definitely not a competitive gym. If you are serious about excelling in JO gymnastics then definitely go elsewhere. Just look at all the other local gyms scores and you will see for yourself. The numbers speak for themselves. At the end of the day this sport is competitive and this gym, including coaching and owners, are not.

We absolutely love Gymnastics Gold. We were with Haydens initially but realized their coaches weren’t very hands on with our children instead would just chit chat with each other. We decided to try out gymnastics gold and ended up staying with them for 5.5 years with 3 different children. They made us feel like family and always communicated with us and our children’s skills. The only reason we left is due to a military move. I would recommend them to anyone.

Coach Sparky and the crew at Gymnastics Gold (GG) are amazing. Very nice and caring people. One of our daughters has some special needs and Coach Sparky and everyone there are very sweet and caring to her. Both my daughters LOVE it there ... regular classes, Camp Flipflop, and Family Night Out. A+

The coaches are great. We’ve been going there for going on 3 years. My daughter learns a lot. She started at 2.5 and is 5 now. They are great at communicating and providing details of any changes.
