We decided to give our 6 kids 2 mo of gymnastic lessons for Christmas. I was able to find exactly what I wanted on their website (tumbling and trampoline) and even though I couldn't reach anyone on the phone they were very responsive to the email I sent. Marc was awesome to work to get us into classes on the same day back to back so I didn't have to come in more than once a week. I loved that they have sibling discounts which made it more affordable. Coach Cameron was so great with the kids. We had such a great experience all around.

My daughter has participated in gymnastics for a few years off an on. It’s a great after school activity. She has also enjoyed the summer camp for two years.

I think Cameron deserves a raise 😂 he’s always super nice and I’ve learned a lot from Hayden’s. He’s honestly such a great coach …

My daughter is doing ok with their gymnastics. They keep their doors locked and only let the kids in so I wait in my car on the days I take her.

I have given this gym many chances from Summer Camp, Recreational Gym to Gym and Learn. Number one problem of this gym is communication. I let many things just slide by without speaking up from academic teachers turning over without letting parents know in a timely manner, to communication with the gymnast to the coach, communication with parents and so much more. This gym has a lot of improvements it can make and should make. Little background about us, my daughter broke her arm just playing in the neighborhood and was enrolled in her second year of the prek program, Gym & Learn. After 1.5 years part of Hayden's, I asked the Junior Gym director and my daughters academic teacher Coach Sonja if it was ok to still have my child enrolled in Gym and Learn as it is mainly a preschool. She offered to do an additional one hour of academic for my daughter while the other kids were in the gym. This is when stuff just went south. They let a child with a broken arm jump on the trampoline, run around and do beam (directly from gym Coach and students mouth). The child had a very difficult break and told coaches several times child cannot do anything to risk a fall ( you would think Beam, Trampoline and running would be common sense things to avoid). Anyways, Coaches didn't like that I found out this was happening to my child whom was still in a cast and questioning their communication to the parent. I was asked to stop bringing my child to their gym the next day and they would no longer charge me. The problem is this is very insensitive to have a 4 year old change prek's in the middle of the school year, she has lots of questions and is extremely unprofessional and not ideal. They literally do not care about the child and only care about their money. While I am at it, they gym is disgusting and your child will get sick and have dirty feet while going to this gym. The gym does not send notices when very contagious things are reported to the gym like Hand Mouth Foot etc. In addition, communication stinks - good luck trying to call the gym, receive an email in a timely manner (they think it is ok for responding emails to take 3-5 business days). This is the most expensive gym in the CSRA but you will not get the top notch service you expect. Avoid this gym and check out some of the others in the area.

We are fairly new to the Augusta area. Everyone here seems to rave about Hayden's so I enrolled my 2 year old daughter into the preschool gymnastics program. I'm not sure if it's because I have had my older children enrolled in places like The Little Gym and other local gymnastics centers from where we moved from, but the preschool facility is dirty! It seems to get worse every week I go. Today I was so disgusted at all the junk on the gym floor. There are holes in the wall and broken equipment lying around. While walking to our car in the parking lot I literally stepped over a tampon applicator. GROSS! As far as customer service goes, I have had no issues. However, there is very little interaction with the coaches. Needless to say we have cancelled our membership.
