We love Hayden's our child has been going for about a year and we notice the the activities they do are much better than at our previous gym. The instructors do a really good job controlling the class and making sure that everyone gets some personal instruction.

The teachers have been kind, the bathrooms have been clean, there are seats for parents and large windows that allow parents to see the kids progress. I know nothing about gymnastics, but seems great to me.

Great place for kids to learn how to tumble, "rock" climb for small children and just play. The 30 minute sessions are just right. My granddaughter loves to go there.

We had enjoyed our time at Hayden’s during the last 2 years. My son enjoyed his time there. But it was always difficult that Hayden’s had a no refund policy no matter what the circumstances or how far in advance you cancel services. They will list various reasons you cannot have a refund as per their policy, (no matter the circumstances I will add again) all which are of little solace to the families they financially gouge with their steep non refundable fees. Hayden’s hour of operation are not suitable for most working families, especially single parents. Their preschool hours run 9:30am-1:30 with no after school programs offered this year. Meals are not included and you must pack your child’s food. For these 4 hours you pay a $250/child non refundable registration fee. They have 45min of gymnastics during that 4 hours. Now yes, most preschools and daycares have non refundable registration fees, but nothing nearly this steep. They say that that large amount of money will go towards school supplies and other things you won’t have to worry about now, along with paying their teachers and holding your child’s spot. A month before school is to start, I was offered a job. Because Hayden’s does not offer normal preschool hours, I knew we needed to look for something feasible for a working family. When I asked Hayden’s if they would have some mercy on our family and refund the $500 in registration fees, due to it being a large sum of money for anyone to loose and receive nothing, they simply reiterated their no refund policy. Hayden’s will show you no mercy when you have any major life change, even during these trying times. My husband is in the military and I am a healthcare worker. I have to respect Hayden’s policy, as I have little choice. But I want to warn others that they will not work with you and they are very expensive for what you receive. Take your money to some of the other very nice preschools in the area before you end up $500 down with nothing to show for it.

Our 18-month-old loves her Teeter Tots class. The people who complain about it not being clean enough must have never done sports. Show me a gym OR home where you can eat off the floor... It's a great place!

Par cours class is too long for highly active kids under 7, teenage instructors who lack the experience/training to handle a bunch of kids of this age... Too much standing around, not fun for the kids

Have never seen any of the “issues” other people have stayed with coaches or cleanliness. Great gym and the kids have a blast!

Very busy and somewhat disorganized with the young kids. Coaches switch around a lot or do not show up, causing chaos. Otherwise, very fun for the kids.
