I am not one for change in my routine but when my old gym that I was going to closed its door with a short notice I had to find a new gym family and I have to say I found the perfect family they have welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so welcomed!!

I’m not even sure I can find the words to describe how amazing this place is. I’ve never been one to work out much. I’ve been a member of quite a few gyms and, until I walked into ISI, I never understood what it felt like to be welcomed. From day one not only the members, but the coaches and especially the owners have been by my side cheering me on in my triumphs and picking me up when I lose sight of my goals and even my sanity. They welcomed me and my kids in with open arms and well over 2 years later that has yet to change. This is what community is. This is what family is.
