Amazing place if you are serious about challenging yourself to get better. The youth program is also super impressive. The athlete coaches truly care and have the unique skills to get youth to reach their highest potential.

Nice set up. Worked with my son. Sometimes a little disorganized.

It’s a great space for fitness, athletic training, and a great gym the CSRA is lucky to have. I’m really glad my son can grow in his passion for soccer as well as stay agile with his growth spurts. We love MTAG and all their staff especially Kahlif!

I brought my daughter who is 12 to MTAG to try out their middle school competition conditioning work out and was impressed. The work out was challenging and pushed her to work outside of her comfort zone. The coaches were great and supportive! Definitely going back!

The owner wears fake gold teeth. Would NOT recommend this place. Ray smells like badussy and failed dreams. He might try to hit you with a gun too. Not a good experience

I absolutely Love being here! The trainer's at this gym are all great. They really care about your progress, unlike most trainer's do it all for the $$ rather you progress or not. It's more than a game here. They put all of their heart and soul into pushing you to your limits and then beyond that. Get results you've been wining about.
