Hot showers with good water pressure. Decent locker room space. Parking lot is rather small, but additional parking is relatively close. Good variety of exercise equipment.

If you're willing to do the work, you can have anything. That's what makes the U.S. of A great. When it started, America was just a handful of scrawny colonies. Now, it's the most buff, pumped-up country on the planet. That's pretty rad.

Decent little place. Has everything I need, parking close is nearly unattainable...but if you’re going to the gym you don’t mind walking a little bit lol.

We usually reserve this gym to do a Change of Command / Responsibility ceremony. Everything you need is in there and it has enough space to hold a pretty decent size ceremony.

I love this little gym! For those that don't like a large gym crowd and don't use tons of equipment, this is a good place to go. I like to do a quick cardio-sauna-shower routine there on my lunch breaks. It's located right behind TMC4 and is a short walk from Back Hall and MOD II if you do not want to lose your spot over there.

This is one of the least crowded gyms on Fort Gordon and the staff are very friendly. It has free weights and machines including eliptical, treadmill and recumbent bikes. There are two racquetball courts and a basketball court. The parking area is small here and usually full.

I personally prefer this gym on post because it's small. It has 2 elliptical, 4 treadmills, a ton of different machines, decent variety of dumbbells, but no barbells.

This gym is adequate for your basic fitness needs. Definitely one of the nicer gyms here, so I'd recommend making your way to this one. I believe the locker rooms here are also a bit nicer, so there's another benefit of heading to this one.
