Since attending Orange Theory, I have felt so much better about my body. I love how it makes everyone feel like we’re all one team. There’s no judgement and everyone makes you feel welcome. The workouts will make you feel like you can do anything after the constant repetitions. Would definitely recommend for anyone who likes an upbeat, motivational and fun class!

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is a no judgement zone and all efforts are celebrated. I like the challenges, member socials, and I have never done same workout twice.

Beware of cancellation policy! While there is no contract, when you terminate your membership you are charged an additional month and the corporate droids are very inflexible.

Variety. While exercises repeat, routine rarely does….unless we’re talking about a specialty workout, which is expected. The metrics are a great motivator as well. It’s nice to see progress even when you don’t necessarily feel it.

As a guy that focuses primarily on lifting, I can attest to OTR being one of the best HITT training workouts around. Great mix of cardio, light weight training, and calorie burning. As a guy I always shoot for 1000k a session and it continue to help me maintain or lost weight after the session with frequency. I have gone to various locations all over North America, and the Evans is still one of my favorites. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly!!!!

I really enjoy this environment and the coaches. I'm not the thinnest gal, but I like to workout because I enjoy the activity and the atmosphere. The exercises are challenging, but doable which makes the workouts a great place to start no matter what stage of health you are currently at. They pivot to fit injuries and allow for workout options to accommodate them.

I love the concept of the gym and all the instructors are excellent. The only problem is the administration. When I enrolled I specifically told the manager that I was about to buy the Apple Watch ⌚️/ wanted to know if I really needed to get the watch that they sell specifically for orange theory. She said yes because it is more precise. But now I have both Apple Watch S7 and orange theory Watch and the Apple Watch is more precise than the orange theory. I asked Jennifer if I could return it because I wore it only a few times, she said to me the manager will call me … no one called me back. I also worked out several times and the results never shown on the OT app - Jennifer and other administrative assistants told me that they will communicate with IT to know what happened. And they would call me back … no one ever called me back. I went and called several times to know what was going on … until I found out they had put my monitor on someone else that has the same first name as I and that they would try to transfer the info on my file instead and that they would call me back … no one ever called me back. I find it so disrespectful to the client. I am a business owner myself and I know a thing or two about client services. But at OT the client service don’t exist. Very unfortunate. That is why I give them 1 star.
