I used planet fitness back home before I moved here and love it, coming to this location I would say that it’s definitely a massive step down. I haven’t had any issues with staff or anyone there everyone seems nice, my only complaint is the set up of the gym itself as it is done extremely poorly. I understand planet fitness model isn’t really weight lifting and they always have a lot of cardio machines to actually lifting machines but this location is extremely expensive, it’s just cardio machines forever here and a very very tiny section for lifting. I’d say great for a beginner or someone looking for cardio as this place is usually empty(guessing because the design also) so there a 100 free cardio machines.

Went to this planet fitness while on vacation from NY. Had a problem, pulling up the Planet Fitness app to scan it.. I asked the the young lady behind the counter to help me. She was extremely rude never once made eye contact with me, I asked her if she could look me up by my phone number she claimed I was not in the system. I have been a black card member for 10+ years. I told her that her attitude was nasty and this point she told me that it is not her fault that I did not understand how to use the app and walked away. I am a black female and really can’t help but to believe that the manager Kylie would have been more helpful if I looked more like her. For this to be a no judgment zone, I felt very judged by Kylie.

This place definitely struggles. Cranky staff, many no shows, every once in a while a good positive staff member gives a good experience. Hardly anybody at the front counter when you need them. None of them ever know how to ring up a drink. You can never get the 2 for specials because they dont know how to use system. They close early. Shut off lights unnecessarily when your working out, take equipment when your using them. Poor management. Get it together guys. I wish it would of worked out. Ive been coming. Since they opened and have been putting up with too much. Time to break the cycle.

The dude with a coloring book for a face is never at the counter, always sitting in the employee room on his phone watching videos. And the past 10 times I’ve been in at this location no one ever is at the counter and I’ve had to wait 15 minutes for some one to finally come to the counter so I could use the hydro bed.

This gym is amazing!! It is so much better than my gym back home. So extremely clean and the staff is very friendly.

Not very welcoming. I should have kept with my home gym. I brought a guest and was told that they couldnt use the hydro bed though I'm a black card member.... Doesn't happen at my home gym. People acting like children leaving personal items on several machines so no one can use them... doesn't happen at my gym. Some guy wanted to actually fight my son over a piece of equipment...again...never seen this before until I visited this so called gym/ boxing arena. I'll steer clear of any AURORA locations. The violent/ childish climate is not my thing. Management...do better.

This is the cleanest planet fitness I have seen. The air smells good, it’s nice a cool so you don’t over heat during your workout. There is plenty of space considering the outside looks small. There is enough cardio machines during busy hours. The staff is very bubbly and welcoming. It’s affordable and I truly love this location!

I've been going to this gym since November and I go here about 3-4 days a week, and I love it! The cleanest and nicest Planet Fitness I've ever been to. The equipment is always well maintained and I'm always seeing the staff on top of (deeply) cleaning throughout the gym. Not to mention how friendly everyone here is as well as management. Happy to see the same faces everyday and to bring my friends to such a nice gym. Thank you for making this a gym I look forward to come to every week!

Planet Fitness is an impressive and friendly welcome for beginners like myself who want to indulge themselves in the fitness journey. Kendal and Cameron at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and accommodating to me and always made me feel like I belonged in the gym, especially with the anxiety I feel working out with other strangers. My gratitude is immense and I am so very grateful for the help the staff has provided. Very clean and well tended, just an overall well kempt facility. Management could’ve done more on their part, but just a small tid bit.

Love this gym!! This location is my absolute favorite. Victoria was extremely helpful and offered the best advice.
