Okay no way this place has 4 stars lol Left 2 months ago to Planet Fitness AND SO MUCH BETTER! Moved here a year ago and saw this VASA was nearby....I wanted to quit immediately but I noticed in the contract for the "non-contract" monthly fee you can be penalized if you leave early. Ended up staying a year and the machines are constantly broken... the ellipticals constantly falling apart... the weight sections are paccccccked... and the parking lot is usually super full. Do yourself a favor and check out a nearby Planet Fitness because they're much more open and equipment much more sturdy and not broken lol

I’ve been going to Vasa for years and compared to others in the area, this location is pathetic. It’s clearly not favored by the franchise as equipment is regularly broken or just straight up missing and not replaced, multiple machines are horribly rusted, and they neglected to turn fans on to adequately cool the building for the entirety of a very hot summer. It’s ridiculous that it costs just as much to visit this location as any of the others as the experience delivered is so wildly subpar. You’re better off driving to the Willow Creek location where the equipment, temperature, and overall condition is vastly superior

VASA has several “hidden” fees so make sure to do your research and ask questions. They also push for you to get the most expensive membership which to me is not worth it.My first time there I was greeted by a young woman that just looks miserable any time of day.Vasa kept promoting 1st month free and that is FALSE. I contacted customer service and all they could say was the promotion expired the day before I signed up but it was advertised all over their website.I only go for their group fitness and I enjoy them. I’ve tried total body conditioning, zumba and vinyasa yoga,

Seems like the equipment I want to use is broke when I'm there?Hydro chairs, Stair climber, Treadmill... Maybe just bad timing

Clean, spacious, have not had a chance to get into pool or hot tub yet. On my 'to do' list.

Y'all need to stop taking money off my card. I no longer come to this gym and made it cleae to cancel my membership. Y'all lie and get over on people. Say one thing and lie about the contract and what's being charged. Next time y'all take another $100 from me I'll be finding a lawyer.****************UpdateThey never called me.. I called them myself and they were no help. I called the gym myself and spoke with a young lady who said she was going to call them on my behalf and call me back. never happened. Then when I called today the young man answering the phone early this morning between 8-9 am hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone when I called back. Unacceptable, i asked to speak with the owner Aaron he told me no manager or Aaron was available to call member services myself I told him I already did and asked why they are making this so hard why can't he just take my number and a message and someone actually do what they say they are going to do and that's when I got hung up on .I'll never be back to this location or vasa period

Fix your equipment, get more ropes and other equipment for cable machines. This location is lacking in every area. You expect people to pay for a membership when you can't even provide a gym acceptable equipment. Don't reply to me, just fix it.
