Really high quality gym. Staff is helpful, the facilities are super clean, and best of all, the gym goers actually take care of the place themselves. There's never equipment left out or in disarray and they have everything.

Favorite gym around town. Small and quiet equipped with the best machinery. All of the greatest tools for leg day at your disposal. Staff is great. Memberships are reasonably priced. You can add your favorite songs to the member playlist which is great.

Decent gym with solid equipment. Just too small for me, not enough weights or benches for everyone. Gets crowded fast because of how small it is. Also not a fan of the contracts they make you sign so you’re trapped even if you don’t like it.Plus side is you have access to it 24/7 which is great.

I won't go back to any other gym! I initially felt intimated with my first couple workouts here as I am beginner/intermediate but quickly fell in love with this place and the people (both staff and members). Even though they don't have extra amenities, such as pool, sauna, and steam room, they make up for it with the amount of equipment and the fact I almost never have to wait to use them! They are more expensive (plenty of plan options) than my older commercial gym but you can tell they care here and I'm happy to give my money to a local gym instead.

Great gym for lifting weights. Dumbells all the way up to 175 for those who lift heavy. It has everything you need here. Excellent for bodybuilding or just a good workout.

that's the place to go if you're more serious athlete and don't really like box gyms. most of the fellow gym goers are pretty serious about lifting weights.if you're new to this type of activity - don't be afraid or shy, as I think you can learn a lot and much faster from the people around.get some!
