Truly amazing the knowledge Shelby brings to my fitness journey. As a lifelong athlete my body has been somewhat broken for years. She is teaching me mobility while gaining strength! Couldn’t be happier with her expertise and coaching! Plus she’s just a great person and with the hard work comes laughter too.

I am quite possibly Shelby's most ridiculous client, I am sassy, I talk back, and tell her that she's mean for making me exercise, but she continues to train me anyway. My strength has increased, I feel awesome, and she always finds a way to mix the workouts up. Shelby strikes a nice balance between making you work hard and lifting you up. I've never felt judged or put down in her gym and I look forward to exercise!

Oh my goodness!! I struggled for 2 yrs to achieve my fitness goals without proper guidance. Shelby helped me arrive at my ideal weight with astonishingly accurate expertise and nutrition advice in half that time. If i had met Shelby 2 yes ago I'd be fitness model by now!! Dont wait get in while you can!!

My spouse and I have worked on several occasions with Shelby. She is a very knowledgeable physical trainer with a broad and deep background in fitness across many disciplines. This includes sports-specific fitness training, military fitness training, bodybuilding, weight-loss and general health and well-being. While knowledge and expertise as a physical trainer are important, Shelby’s true asset is her attentive, calm and supportive demeanor. My wife and I found out quickly that her workouts are tailored to not only meet our goals for improvement but to also help us improve in areas she identified. In our case, she identified that we needed to improve our core strength in order for us to meet our overall fitness goals. I give Shelby my highest recommendation as a physical trainer.

Oh my goodness!!! This lady right here is completely awesome. I have worked with her for the past 3 months and within those three months from the day I have met her she has helped me make a huge turn around in my health. I have went through surgery in the middle of our training, I have lost fat and gained muscle, and I even have better mobility than I have seen in over 12 years. I am so happy to have Shelby as my trainer and our workouts together are always motivating and fun (lots of giggles and hard work). Because Shelby is giving me the tools to have better health going to the gym, just to workout has become a huge enjoyment and factor in my life. I plan to train with her as long as I can. If you are looking for someone Shelby is the one. Plus she will not do workouts pass your ability. Shelby creates a program so you can work out areas of your body in many different ways without hurting yourself or doing something that your body does not agree with. Not everything is about lifting you can work your muscles and get strong in other ways too. I needed this to start out with and now we finally are on weights and it feels just right. Thank you Shelby for being awesome. Everyone else, if you are looking for someone Shelby is highly recommended.

Shelby is an excellent trainer. Her work out routines are varied well planed out. She has strong knowledge base. In my time with her I have seen marked improvement. She loves being a trainer and it shows. Her most impressive quality is her compassion. I came to a work out dead on my feet. After our first set. She asked how I felt. On the fly she altered the routine and went to a less strenuous work out. She takes care of her clients She is excellent!!!

Shelby is an amazing trainer! She is kind and understanding and able to tailor workouts to your ability. As someone with injuries ans limited mobility, she has been able to give me a great workout that didn't leave me in tears at the end. I highly recommend her to everyone, regardless of age and ability.

Shelby is the best trainer I have ever had. I came to her with a handful of injuries from being a collegiate athlete. She took them in stride and created a program that worked around my injuries, strengthened my problem areas and improved my athleticism. With her help I have progressed more than I ever could have imagined. I highly recommend her to anyone!
