Sign says they closed on March 17th. They took money out of my account. Today manager was there saying we could use gym by appointment. Said he had appointments available on March 23rd. Funny thing...Governor ordered ALL GYMS IN TEXAS CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT MARCH 20. Does ANYTIME THINK THEY ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS STATE ORDER???

Its 24hr which is very nice, also you can go to any location you want. The price is acceptable, but theres cheaper options. The negative thing I would have to say is their billing. You get a $20 charge randomly at some point. So you have to ready for that at all times, plus if they hit on the same month and you dont have enough to cover both of them they try to charge you an additional $29 late fee. There is room for improvement on their billing side.

The gym is at a prime location ,the SouthEast Corner of North Cross Mall. There's plenty of available parking spaces. The staff is friendly and it's always clean inside. It's newly renovated as of 09-15-15. There are locker spaces and clean restrooms. There are certified fitness and nutrition experts available. My experience is with Will Crosley and he's top notch. Will knows how to tailor the right fitness plan to achieve ones goals and then keeps you on track. I highly recommend Will to anybody wanting to improve their health and overall fitness.

Well-staffed and well-run. Never have a problem getting a machine. Christian, one of the trainers, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and makes an effort to get to know every single member.
