I was looking for a community of encouragement and support system for people like me who is trying to get into strength training. I tried out their two weeks small group classes first (which is so cool that they offer that). I absolutely loved but was still very nervous. But each coach ensures that your correct form, modifies workout for previous injuries, and gives grace when you are running late. I been going for two months now and feel so empowered. I have dreams that one day I can squat correctly when drop it low on west 6th. Shout up to queen coaches Kylie, Brittney, and Marli!!!! They make me feel comfortable in this exercise journey 😀

I’ve been searching for my home gym for YEARS! And I finally found it at AO!! The coaches are great, the workouts are always different, there’s different types of workouts, the music isn’t too loud and everyone is friendly and welcoming. You can try it on ClassPass before joining.

AO was first introduced to us by my husband’s bestfriend who went on an incredible weight loss journey. We both wanted an environment and community that kept us coming back day after day without fail and it is incredibly easy to look forward to waking up and heading over to AO (all the way fromBuda, if I may add) to get our bodies and minds ready for the day. All the coaches are so personable and always have your back in and out of the gym!All the coaches have always been so helpful in accommodating to any existing injuries that may limit our movement, but always give an alternative that burns just as well as the original workout plan.On top of that, there are programs that accommodate birthing parents such as myself to be able to get the proper movement without adding on any discomfort or pain throughout the workout process.I cannot recommend AO enough for your fitness needs.

I started coming to AO about a month ago and after my two week trial I immediately bought a membership. I’m already seeing significant progress in my body composition as well as my overall energy levels.The programs are very well-planned and they do a good job of incorporating new movements each class to keep things fresh. The instructors are kind and encouraging, and create a welcoming environment for everyone. I got the unlimited membership and have no regrets about it.

The best workout in town? 100% YES. It’s right here. HUGE fan of AO through and through. The workouts are wildly challenging, unique, and EFFECTIVE, the music is GREAT, and most importantly ALL the trainers and other members make for an incredible community culture of friendly, inspired, lively, and heartwarming people. I love working-out in the small-group training within the Athletic Outcomes Community! I highly recommend for anyone needing consistency with a pre-written workout and personalized training factored in.When I joined I was completely out of shape- both mentally and physically. My trainer, Brittney, helped push me to my next level goals, while demonstrating kindness and guidance throughout the process. Love this place! I usually take Mari's strength class and get such a great workout. She (and all the staff) are friendly, helpful with positioning, and super knowledgable. I always feel comfortable and welcomed. I can ask questions or request modifications with out feeling weird. I would highly recommend whether you are just starting your fitness journey or want to add to an established scheduled.

Gained 10 lbs of muscle in the last 4 months working out with the team here. Have done personal training with Pat and small group with Pat, Kylie, and Blake. Personalization of the program is awesome and I leave with a pump every time. Shredders... highly recommend.
