My son started out at Cooper's after having an instance with bullying at school. Sean Cooper, and his team of great coaches, provided him with very practical tools to help defend himself. More importantly, training at the gym and the encouragement that he received from Sean and the coaches gave him back his self-confidence. Having others recognize his hard work and accomplishment was a turning point in his life.Who knew, that after one year of watching my son train that I would give it a go. After training for a handful of years, I love the sport and the gym is like extended family. Cooper MMA is a great place to train and learn. Family friendly and I could not recommend it more.
