Awesome drop in location. Treated like a member of the box! Had great options for 1,3, and 5 days drop in pass. Very affordable! I did a 3-day pass for $40

This place prides itself on community and self-improvement, but I found them to be unsupportive. I sustained a pretty serious back injury during a workout here, which two of the coaches witnessed. No one ever suggested I see a doctor--I was told to just lift lighter for a few weeks--or expressed concern when I canceled my membership after coming in 3-5 times a week for two years. Maybe a lack of concern for safety and maintenance of loyal clients (as opposed to "success stories" they can post on social media) isn't atypical for a Crossfit gym, and CCDT was fantastic when I was healthy, but at this point I wouldn't recommend it.
