I have been going to this gym since 2017 and it is worth it all the way. Yes, they have your typical public gym downfalls just like any gym you would go to. That being said they have more equipment options than any gym around, very friendly staff, nice locker rooms, and a great overall community feel for a big box gym. Highly recommend this gym if you are just starting out or seasoned. Also the price is unbeatable.

I’m sitting here at 7 AM waiting for the gym to open when it’s supposed to open at 5. A few other men are sitting near me and they’ve been here since 5. I’m a freshman in high school and me and my friend come to the gym before school every day. More and more men keep coming to wait by the door, and still no workers. I find this completely ridiculous how they could just not show up, and we are forced to wait here until we have to walk to school in 2 hours. Other than that, the staff is rude, it’s a gym that often has broken equipment and the water fountains barley work. Overall 1 star is what it should be.

I hired a personal trainer for my son for summer. I wanted to cancel that as he is back in school. This place wouldn’t take a request to cancel. I was asked to come on another day, I was put on hold on the phone for 30mnsI had to take time off from office to personally visit and cancel at the front desk.Now, the manager Dee says it’s done, but no confirmation email yet.

An abundance of machines, plenty of people so very vibrant atmosphere. But again, no lining up or anything. They have a cool basketball court with 6 rims all around. I cant figure out why this is not rated better on here. Glad I gabe it a shot.

I enjoyed this fitness connection. I went once I got off so pretty early in the AM. Not crowded and I was able to use all the machines that I wanted with no issue. Can get busy around the afternoon from what I’ll see when driving by.

The gym is severely going downhill. I've been a member for 4 years. Cables are always broken. If you enjoy seeing people with tripods and walking around barefoot, then you will feel comfortable. 6 BARBELLS ARE WARPED and still left on the tacks. YES management has known for months. Both the men and women's bathrooms are either clogged or have just have trash and toilet paper everywhere. Let's also not forget about the 2 leaks happening because of the AC systems (which have been known about for 2 months). This gym is surviving solely on the fact that the high school and college crowd keep it afloat not only that the Golds gym around the block is smaller so this is a small step up. Unfortunately I had to take down my review from 3 years ago because it's no longer true. Employees are very rarely at the front desk, cleanliness is dropping and at this point it feels like the members have more control than the gym itself. I mean, when you have people vaping in between sets on the platform, which also has holes in it, is there any standard.

Location is great. Easy to evade traffic. Locker always clean, sauna works great , equipment is all there. As for the schedule, just gotta find the best time that works for you and avoid the busy times.

Clean and affordable gym. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. Favorite amenity is the sauna in the locker room and the women’s workout area with a theater. They played Selena once and everyone was having a blast 😆 …
