Walked 80 mins here to find it has been demolished. Hours say updated by business 4 days ago so I obviously thought it would be open.

I’ve been going to this specific Gold’s location for a few years now. It’s the BEST Gold’s in Austin Tx, hands down! I’m going to miss this place. The general manager, Zack, and the rest of the staff provide excellent customer service, a friendly atmosphere, professionalism at its best and just an overall unique experience. Did not have a good experience some guy named Zach was kind of rude to me idk if he was having a bad day or something. Overall the gym was nice but I won’t be returning. I will be looking for another location.

It’s not the newest or the flashiest Gold’s in Austin, but it has a great atmosphere, quite a unique style and is definitely one of my favorites. I will surely miss this location when they shut their doors next month. I initially heard they were relocating but sadly that no longer seems to be the case. Nevertheless, it’s been a fun ride!

Sorry to learn today that the Gym will close doors in a month.I guess Austin growth is pricing out great businesses. ☹I have enjoyed working out at Austin North location.The employees here genuinely care about health and fitness of its members.They have not lost the Core Values on which Gold’s was built over 50 years ago!I hope all staff gets placed in other locations – especially George and Hala – they have always been super helpful to members.

Very good classic gym. Very well preserved. They could give a little update on some areas, machines and weights, but they already fine. Just a little details that could be better. For example all the leg extension machines are bent. The A/C in some areas are not that strong. Other than that the gym is really good.

Exactly what you would want in a practical gym. Nothing crazy fancy, but has everything you would want. Equipment is well used, but generally kept pretty clean. Locker rooms offer all you could want. Friendly staff.

I'm a long time gym goer, but first time at Gold's. Most of my gym experience has been in smaller, boutique gyms with serious members. But moving to Austin I just wanted to find something quick. I was pleasantly surprised by this location! The members are serious, they have AMAZING equipment - they not only have a lot of machines, but some really intersting ones where you can hit things from different angles to mix up your routine. The people there seems serious enough, the staff is great, and the place is always clean. 5 stars :)
