Very upset the A/C in the theater room is down. This place needs a deep clean. The rest of the gym stinks of mildew.

Gym opened about 14 years ago, it was amazing .. 14 years later, ALL the same equipment and cardio machines, 1/2 the treadmills are broken and other cardio machines. Gym is outdated and too small for current member volume. I went at 10AM on a monday and it was so crowded I couldn't even get a workout in. They need to shut down, expand, update and reopen.

I cancelled my membership and they kept charging my account and then sent $100 to collections...Stay classy Gold's.

Great place to get a pump. Prices are fair ($30 per month) and they have all the equipment you could need. It can get busy but that adds to the energy and atmosphere

8 years as a customer thrown away over $75.Check my reviews, I'm not someone that gives out bad reviews lightly. Pretty sure this is my first 1 star. Was a member here for 8 years and I used to recommend it. I moved within walking distance of a Lifetime so I decided to switch temporarily because of the convenience, with the idea that I'd switch back when I moved closer. This cancelation experience has made sure I'll never be back.I go to cancel my membership, and they inform me that they'll charge me one more time and it will be canceled. Fine I get it. No complaints. Flash forward to 4 months later and I see a charge from Gold's just appeared on my statement. So I email to see what's going on. They inform me that canceling my membership doesn't remove the family membership automatically and that they asked if I'd like to cancel it. So I scroll up. A paragraph that starts with "Your membership will end 1/13" a bit more about the usual we'll miss you and at the very bottom of the email "please confirm this request is also for...". Suffice is to say, they knew what they were doing. Refused to refund or give me a call despite multiple requests. If this is how they treat their customers then obviously I made a mistake spending the thousands of dollars I did. I will not be back.

They shut down the pool and sauna here during the pandemic. As of Feb 2023, it’s still shutdown. Manager says they have no plans to restore this service and no plans to discount what they’re charging people who paid for it.Their response below says they eliminated the "wet areas" including the sauna to focus on strength training. Sitting in the sauna after a workout never distracted me from strength training. And I suppose all the other Gold's locations that have saunas are apparently distracted? BRING BACK THE SAUNA!

Fewer Body Pump classes now so they're packed except for 5:30 am.Saturday at 9:30 am is a can of sardines.People are supposed to sign up prior and log in as attending, but they don't keep track of who's registered for the class and actually attending it.It's an illogical system to prevent over-crowding that doesn't work. Why not a 5:30 or 5:45 pm week day Body Pump? I've started a new job and I'm missing my 2 other BP classes per week. NOT good!

I think they have a good layout and all the equipment is well maintained.

Awesome Gym! I stopped by to check out this location and it didn't disappoint! Very clean facility with a great variety of equipment. The gentleman at the front during the evening shift was very kind and respectful, made me feel very welcomed. Locker Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean as well. The only small downside here was that a couple of the treadmills weren't working properly, which did require me to try two different ones until finding the right one, but I didn't mind it. Overall, I strongly recommend checking this place out! Plenty of parking and they're taking the right precautions in regards to the Pandemic.

A great number of machines including several squat racks which is a plus. Regarding solely on leg focused machines my only complaint is there's only a single leg extension machine that tends to feel rather awkward. Bathrooms and changing area are generally clean and the workers at the front, one of the women in particular, was very kind. I'll certainly return next time I'm in the area.
