The coaches are always so prepared and classes donāt waste any time. Every coach Iāve had is friendly, calls me by name, provides quality and varied routines, is willing to help everyone, and is extremely motivational.

I am writing this review after I just walked out of this gym in the middle of class because of how inappropriate these instructors are. I have been going to this gym since I moved to Austin in November and this is the third horrible experience I have had here so it deserves a review. I walked out of the Grind class because I was singled out in the class of about 30 people. The instructor berated me when I made modifications to the moves. I had never done this specific class before and was given little to no instruction on how the class operates when I first got there. Everyone in the class were pretty regular attendees and the instructor was very unwelcoming and unhelpful as a newcomer. As I was making a modification to pull ups he insisted I get on the bar and he grabbed my waist as I was forced to do the move. I told him multiple times during the class that I did not want his negative comments and he kept persistently singling me out and pushing me like I was in a military boot camp. After asking him to leave me alone because he was anything but encouraging only hard and judgmental and inappropriate I told him I was going to leave and walked out. My second negative experience was during the HIIT circuit class when a different instructor told me and another girl that our legs and arms looked so long on our short torsos and that we looked like 14-year-old girls. Granted, we were both 30 years old and she also thought the comment was extremely rude. And lastly, during the TRX class a separate instructor pulled the bench out from under me as I was mid move and I landed on back. Luckily, I didnāt get hurt but she claimed she thought I saw her pull the bench back in the side mirror. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this gym again which sucks because I really did enjoy the strength classes that RP instructed. He is truly an encouraging instructor and makes sure you feel comfortable at all times. I am not someone who writes negative reviews but I want other people to know that a few of the instructors will say and do some very inappropriate things after you told them to leave you alone and will make comments that do not make you ever want to go back.

The open gym and cardio theater are great. The turf area has a lot of useful functional training equipment, too, but is often occupied by classes. Great amenities and friendly staff.

HIT has changed my life! The community, trainers, and facilities are unmatched. The people you find at the gym are at all levels in their fitness journey. The entire community is welcoming and inspiring. They uplift one another and create a high-energy space to grow at your own pace. I had a lot of learning to do, and the wide assortment of classes to choose from were perfect to begin my fitness journey and gain a basic knowledge how to safely and efficiently MAX OUT my workouts. Over 90 days, I cut my body fat from 27% to 15%. Jake and RP coach me on strength and form. Shanda has helped me tremendously with mobility and bracing for big lifts. And Brianās classes have increased my stamina and endurance exponentially. Iāve tried so many new things and achieved more than Iād ever thought possible of myself. My confidence and pure joy have shot through the roof because of added mental health benefits. I could go on and on about my sincere gratitude for the great work this team does. Iām incredibly grateful. I bring my friends and talk about it whenever I get the chance. Itās no wonder itās called HIT. This place is a homerun!

The gym is really nice and have been going for a while now. My fiancƩ hit a snag in getting connected with a personal trainer initially, and the owner reached out and did everything he could to remedy her experience. The classes are great and the gym is super clean.Would definitely recommend the Gym!
