This is a great place to go if you want to get your exercise on efficiently! Every hour workout has both cardio and strength training. There are lots of classes available each day and all of the staff is super positive and helpful!

Highly recommend Orange Theory Circle C! The staff is positive and motivating. The workouts can be modified for anyone to do and I love how they are always different.

I love this gym. The workouts are great and change up daily. They are challenging but doable, and the coaches push you while also making sure you take care of your body. I have several old injuries which make certain positions unwise, and every single coach has offered me some great alternative moves so that I'm still getting that burn without further hurting myself. I work out 4-5 times a week and probably wouldn't if I didn't enjoy coming here so much.

I’ve been a member at OTF for 4 years and I’ve never felt better. I’m 56 years old and feel 36. The workouts are intense but you can go at your own pace. The coaches are the absolute best — motivating, knowledgeable, and fun, Terrance & Brian rock!!

I just moved to Austin in July and have loved working out at this OT location! Knowledgeable and energetic coaches. It’s the only workout program that I actually consistently go to. It’s 100% worth it!

Love this place!!! The front desk staff is INCREDIBLY kind especially marina! Coach Bryan is my favorite, he’s so inspiring. Also love Lalo. Great place!!!!

I have been going to orange theory for years. The staff is really friendly and seems happy to be there. The Trainers are awesome. I am pushing myself self in new ways every time I go do a Workout.

I’m done in one hour. I work hard for that hour. I get to see my stats and compare a bit without making anyone feel bad - brings out my competitive side. HIITs and weights just WORK for my body to get in great shape. Love the stats. Team …
