Staff/coaches are so friendly and welcoming! I love the workouts and music. Seeing the heart rate monitor data pushes me further in my workouts too.

I had to pause my membership due to an injury/surgery. They unpaused me without telling me, i then sent over 20 emails which went unanswered, i finally had the manager call me and apologize and say there had been a change in management, and they would fix it. 3 months goes by, and i get an email saying my classes would be starting again. I've since sent 10 emails asking not to be unpaused over the last 6 weeks, noone has answered, and i just got charged again. To say the customer service is terrible is an understatement.

I haven’t worked out in 5+Yrs and I’m over the age of 45. The thing I love about the workout is you really work at your own pace, with the idea to grow in your strength. It’s a little chaotic the first time, but everyone ( coaches/ clients) is super helpful and encouraging. It’s killing me in the best ways!

I love everything about the workouts! I love that I can set my own fitness goals every week and track my progress in the app. I love how many classes there are throughout the day so there's always an option based on your schedule. And the staff are also great!

Very friendly staff and a fun workout. Did the strength training, and it was pretty good - I think the OG workout will be more my style. My main qualm is that there isn’t a much guidance around form, which I feel is really important for weight lifting

Orange theory has helped me in so many ways. My joint pains and stiffness are gone. I’m 51, but I feel strong and agile. The coaches are terrific, the workouts help build endurance and strength, the community is wonderful. I highly recommend it!

Exceptional staff - JCole, Brendon, Tati & Cody thank you for all that you do! I joined when the studio opened up in 2019 & the staff have consistently have managed to create a high energy community while ensuring each workout challenging yet fun! If I’m being honest, I could do HIIT workouts or run anywhere else, but the community the Saltillo staff have formed here is hard to beat.

I LOVE OTF Saltillo! I’ve been a member since they opened a year ago, and am so thankful for the community they’ve created. Amazing coaches led by Brendon, super friendly front desk team led by Cody who remember your name, and really convenient location. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested in group fitness / HIIT style workouts. They also do fun challenges and give you tons of extra info about nutrition and fitness.

Awesome studio, staff and workout! Angel was so helpful getting me set up as a first timer and J. Cole was an amazing instructor who was super encouraging and energetic. Both were very friendly and professional. The workout was also great, but I knew it would be. Very excited to make this my new fitness home!

Probably good if you already have knowledge, on how to work out. But I was able to complete the rows. I actually quite enjoyed rowing. but the next thing was weightlifting and I don't have a lot of experience in weight lifting. there was hardly any talk or one-on-one time talking about exactly how you should lift these weights without hurting your back. Halfway through (before I gave up) I noticed my back starting to hurt. I didn't exactly know where I needed to be positioning my neck.It was an abysmal failure. After trying to communicate I'm having problems. the instructor told me to look at the screen because it has all of the things that were supposed to be doing. The music was too loud I could hardly hear.the equipment is really cool. I'm not necessarily sure what the advantages to the heart monitoring they made a big deal about it during the presentation but it seems to be ignored during the workout.I was offered two free classes. I'll probably just stick with the one free class. I don't want to risk my health for a work out.
