Great studio! I keep going to this one even though there’s a closer studio to where I live. The front desk staff and Anthony are welcoming and friendly. I’ve only had Jandi or Jen for coaches and they’re both amazing. Always great energy to be around.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience at Orange Theory - Sunset Valley and am writing this review in hopes that it can help someone debating membership there. I have been a member since March 2022. During my membership, I stopped attending the Sunset Valley location due to a lack of professionalism and several coaches leaving. I have tried to cancel my membership since NOVEMBER 2022. When I called in November of 2022 it took me calling three different times over the course of three days to finally get someone to answer the phone (I also only ever called during working business hours). Once someone finally answered the phone, I was told that a manger would call me back shortly and that only the manger can handle cancellations. I wait 48 hours, with still no callback, so I call Orange Theory Sunset Valley again and it just so happened the manger was in. The manager said that it was a terrible idea to cancel my membership and that if I cancelled and wanted to rejoin I would be paying double of what I'm paying now. He strongly insisted that I put my membership on pause for two months. I obliged. Come the beginning of February, I had not thought about Orange Theory once and forgot to call and cancel my member (my fault). I immediately call Orange Theory Sunset Valley to cancel my membership for March. It again took me calling several times to get someone on the phone, to get the manager to call me back and to receive the cancellation papers over email. The lack of professionalism and the lack of customer service from Orange Theory Sunset Valley was absolutely appalling. Every time I called, either no one answered or I would get a sour attitude.I sent my cancellation papers back within the hour and was promised and reassured multiple times over the phone that I would not be charged for March. Then, over this past weekend I see that I was charged for a March membership. I immediately called Orange Theory Sunset Valley, explained what had happened and was told that the manager would call me back. Obviously no one ever called me back so I had to follow up (another example of how unprofessional this studio is). I spoke with the manger Anthony this morning and he couldn't have been less helpful. He essentially told me too bad and that the cancellation would be in effect for April. Did not apologize or do anything to rectify the situation. Again, very unprofessional. All Orange Theory Sunset Valley cares about is money and has no regard for members. You can not get a straight answer if you can even get someone to answer the phone or call you back. I highly recommend that if you are considering joining Orange Theory that you join either South Lamar or Lantana where they care about each member and have fantastic customer service.

This studio has become a joke. Their communication is terrible and it's not surprising with the amount of turnover since every week there is a new face, so ZERO accountability for ANYTHING. I am a 4 year member and froze my membership due …

OTF overcharged me for several months after I downgraded to a less expensive membership, and it's been impossible to get refunded. I've called seven or eight times, gone into the studio, talked to the manager, and everyone agrees I need a …

Super fun place to workout twice a week.I like how trainers keep two groups -runners,weights , working out at same time. There’s certain terms they speak that I’m just starting to get. The trainers are enthusiastic and have great taste in music, last visit was old school rock.Loved it. Front staff are great and facility was super clean, even have a shower room. Your membership includes any OT in the area.si went to Sunset last week. More of the same , 5 stars easy

I’ve been a member for 2 years now. The workouts are never the same so you’ll never be bored. The client service staff and the coaches are phenomenal as well. Highly recommend! **bonus points for keeping class sizes small and having a strict cleaning protocol during this pandemic**

I had my first class back in two years this morning with Carly. The workout itself was outstanding, but my favorite part of the class was at the end during stretches. Carly spoke about the relationship between food/drinks and exercise, and …

LOVE Orangetheory in Sunset Valley. Let me say, I HATED my first three workouts. I had no idea what was going on, the energy was high and I was going to quit at the end of the month. BUT, I'm glad I stuck with it. Now I understand the …
