As a first-timer stepping into Orangetheory, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was struck by the infectious energy that buzzed throughout the studio. It's immediately evident that cleanliness is a priority here; everything from the workout stations to the common areas was spotless, giving me peace of mind especially in these health-conscious times.The workout itself? Phenomenal! It's a perfect blend of challenging and invigorating, with heart-pumping intervals and strength-building exercises. The coaches were incredibly motivating, pushing me to tap into reserves I didn’t even know I had, while ensuring I maintained proper form. The use of real-time data to track performance is a game-changer, allowing you to gauge your efforts and progress.I left the studio feeling accomplished, energized, and eager for my next session. Orangetheory truly offers an unparalleled fitness experience. Im a new member at Bar W and cant wait to get some more workouts in.

Love the energy and engagement of the coaches; how they motivate you, correct you if you're doing the exercises wrong, and learn your name to make it feel like a more personalized and intimate experience.

Orange Theory is the only workout I’ve been able to stick with. The Triangle has coaches who care, beyond friendly front desk staff, and the fun of a group workout. I’m hooked!

I love Orange Theory! No better way to start your day than with pushes and all outs. The Triangle coaches know just how to get that little bit of extra out of you. The front desk staff always makes me feel welcome and has the answer to any question I have.If you haven’t been to an Orange Theory workout I highly recommend you give it a try.

I lOVE this OTF!! This is the best studio by far. The staff is so sweet, Chanel is the BEST. She always greets me with a smile even if it’s 6am in the morning and all the coaches are encouraging and truly care about your form, progress and help you get to your fitness goals. I especially love Coach Shelby Hart and Coach Eli.

I have been attending classes at this location for a little less than 2 years and I love all the staff, the classes, the energy, everything! No matter how tired or beat down I’m feeling before class, I always feel better afterwards! Big shout out to Coach Eli and Coach Hart :))

Overall amazing workout! Classes are well thought out workouts with high intensity. Results guaranteed if you put in the work. Coaches are motivating and keep you going throughout the workout.
