I've been a member at OTF Domain for over 4 years, and the experience has been great. The staff are caring, and there's a lively community vibe. Coaches Guin, Jonnie, Kyler, Meg, and Crissy are exceptional. Every one of them goes above and beyond, showing genuine concern for my progress and well-being. They personalize their approach, ensuring each member feels seen and supported. Their dedication to OTF member fitness journeys, combined with their unique talents and great personalities, makes all the difference. It's more than just a gym/studio; it's a way of life. Highly recommended!

Although the Orangetheory workout is effective, coach Chrissy was mean and harassed me about holding the handlebars while running on the treadmill. I asked her to stop her comments and she continued her unwanted verbal harassment on two additional occasions. Coach Jonnie then defended her citing possible shoulder issues in two years time because of holding the handlebars. The Orangetheory coaches were not considering the used worn condition of the treadmills causing instability and a risk of injury from a slip and fall.Although the domain is a great location, the equipment at this Orangetheory is in aging, used condition so the coaches would be the primary reason for membership. The coaches should inspire, motivate and care about the members but sadly they were critical and offensive. The gym at my apartment building has brand new, state of the art equipment and I now run without needing the handlebars for stability. I canceled my Orangetheory membership and chose a virtual instructor called Rachel fitness who is based in Miami Florida plus rowing and elliptical or running. The greater flexibility of hours of a virtual coach are amazing too!

The team here at Credit Max loves going to this orange theory location. The equipment, the vibes, the staff and other members are amazing. All the coaches are great but our favorite is Crissy, she’s very knowledgeable and always keeps our best interest in mind. Anytime we see her coaching we have to book her class fast!!!Science backed fitness with a lot of fun is a perfect remedy to staying active and healthy! Thank you OTF and Crissy.

Similar to other recent reviews, I was a loyal member since May 2022. I will give credit to the instructors, they were all great. I was on the unlimited membership, and membership prices went up so I decided to cancel my membership. Hands down it became the worst experience I’ve honestly ever had. The front desk staff did not cancel my membership, and continued to charge my credit card which became a 2+ month battle for me to resolve. The management and front desk staff were many times not professional, unresponsive and made it a very poor customer experience for me. If that’s how members are treated I’d highly recommend avoiding this place and going to other fitness gyms in the Domain. If and when you cancel good luck.

Workout and instructors were both great, loved the lift class. Instructors were friendly and helpful. Just feel some front desk staff was passively unfriendly, I’ve only been there a couple times, but every time talking to the person made me feel I was stupid. Omg… it was awful! I felt more welcomed to talk to other staff

After moving to Austin I needed to find a workout “thing” that was right for me. After test driving a few different group exercise types I absolutely fell in love with OT. Coach Meg and Coach Jonnie are my favs and make the workouts so fun- something I never thought I would say about working out!

I have come to this OTF for the past year and half. I love it! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! It makes it fun to workout every time. They also help you correct your form if you are doing it incorrectly. They will modify it if you have orthopedic problems( I have bad knees, so I modify it if I’m unable to do any floor exercises) . They have fun socials every month, and it is fun to be involved with them(this is optional, but I highly recommend it) . I have muscles now because of them, and I have good endurance ! You can see the results with them!

Great location, excellent coaches with experience and good energy friendly helpful staff. The coaches seem to really love what they do. Since it’s near many hotels and tech business officing out of the domain, you regularly get to meet of town studio members here on business. The best location in north Austin area so far. Going to make this my home studio.Studio is a smaller studio as many in shopping areas are, if you need lots of space for your weight workout suggest arriving early.Good sound quality and great experience overall. In studio showers are open and available. (Aug ‘22). Apparel and branded items available in lobby. Body composition scale and equipment available for members.Location & Parking info:Address by gps will drop you around the corner (near Esperanza and Rock Rose Ave), closest free garage entrance is around the corner (Cherry Sage and Esperanza)Finding parking was not very difficult (will depend on your class time).Don’t let the parking keep you from checking out this location. Getting in and out was not as hard as I thought as they are located near the business side of the domain. So quick access to mopac hwy.

One of the best workout memberships I've ever had. They have awesome motivational trainers that keep you working out for the entire hour! Orange Theory has these 30 of strength training and 30 minutes of intense cardio! I love how your metrics are tracked by your heart rate, the competition is fun, so proud of where I am today thanks to Orange Theory!
