The staff was awesome; very welcoming, friendly and attentive! The facility itself had multiple pieces of equipment that were out service due to mechanical issues and the cleanliness of the facility was not up to the typical Planet Fitness standard.All in all l was able to get a good workout and that’s what counts.

I rate this one high, simply because their logo is judge free zone, This is the one place I’ve been to where I felt like I was not being judged by anybody. I’m a pretty small guy so I can understand how somebody could make a joke by myself being at the gym. I weighed less than 120. I use the tanning bed. Also the staff are really friendly and they seem like they would go out of their way to help someone.

I don't have much to compare it to, but it is exactly what I need personally from a gym. Staff in nice, polite and helpful all the time, the place is clean as to be expected from a place full of people sweating. I can go in with my headphones on, do my lifting and cardio and get out of there as long as I go when it's not peak times.

What I like about plant fitness is that I can go work out. With out feeling like people are looking at me. I am a big person. So I am not healthy at all. So this is a plus for me. Also the staff are very helpful will help you learn how to work the machine so you won't Hurt yourself.

Too many homeless.... They seem to live there. One in particular has never been viewed working out. I only see her lounging on the couch or eating at one of the tables in the front of the gym...always staring at people. Afraid of catching cooties from this place. Such a turn off. I think for now I will look for another gym until you guys can clean up the place.

I use this location on Saturday mornings, the location I normally use doesn't open until 7am.The Pleasant Valley location is one of the filthiest I've seen. The showers are overrun with homeless people by 5am, trash on the floors in the gym area, cleaning supplies are never stocked. I was nearly bitten by someone's German shepherd that was allowed inside the gym. As previously stated, I go here purely out of necessity. If you don't need to, don't go to this location.

Too many people even though the crowd meter said two bars. The gym is small as well as the area for the dumbells. So many people in a small area with weights scattered all over the floor. You pick them up because they're left unattended for nearly ten minutes and a person comes up to you saying they were using it. Not the best experience.

The staff here are friendlier and more attentive than the last location I used to go to. It has lots of space, well organized and I don't have to squeeze through anyone to get to a particular machine. The showers are even bigger than the last location I went to and hot water is on demand. I don't have to wait minutes running the water for it to get hot (sometimes it never did) like the other location (S. Ih-35) and these showers even have caddies for my shower supplies. This location will be my new primary location, especially since it is 24/7 and not 24/5.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years and I guess I never really appreciated it until I did a trial pass at LA Fitness (which I tried out because they have a pool but I’ll never go back. I hate to be negative but it was honestly filthy there).The machines here are all new/in good condition, and every area in the gym and locker room is always pristine. So clean. The staff are always super friendly as well!! Thanks y’all!
