After a thorough and thoughtful consultation with Danny, I was paired up with Mykia, who has been amazing!  After only 2 months of training with Mykia, I am feeling stronger and more confident in my physical abilities, both inside and outside of the gym.  Mykia is very knowledgeable about the body and about exercise as a whole, and takes a very modern approach to fitness, prioritizing flexibility and mobility as much as strength.  She pushes me outside of my comfort zone, while still listening and trusting me, and she places a strong emphasis on proper form and function to prevent injury.  I'd recommend Mykia to anyone looking to get stronger and improve their overall mobility!

I have worked out with RX Fit since August 2021. I was nervous meeting with a personal trainer because I was out of shape and have medical issues. I didn’t know if they would be able to meet my needs but they definitely surpassed my expectations. Because of my health, I sometimes have to change my schedule on a last minute basis and they all are more than accommodating. I have worked with Danny, Mykia and Navin. Danny did a thorough job on my assessment and made me feel at ease. He is very detail oriented and pushes you when you work out but doesn’t push you past your limits. He is always available by text so if you have a question outside of your session he is there for you. Mykia is so sweet and really cares about her clients. She also advises me on my nutrition and how to maximize my workouts. She is tough but encouraging and always listens to me. Navin is so fun and makes working out feel like less of a chore. He texts me in between sessions to ask how I’m doing and also advises me on what to do if I want to workout at home. You can’t go wrong with anyone on this team! I have lost weight and feel way more toned than before. I have gained confidence, skill and my heath is improving. I am so glad I found them! Could not live without them! They are helping me change my life! I can’t recommend them enough!!

Danny and Mykia have been amazing! I started training with RX Fit with the goal of working on exercises that improve my mobility, flexibility, and recovery and have learned so much in just a few months. Mykia has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to excercises/stretches that target specific muscle groups, I feel like I have a much better understanding of the process of engaging my body before a working and stretching to recover after a workout. On top of this, both Danny and Mykia are great communicators and will always answer whatever questions I have about nutrition, stretches to relieve strains, or whatever else comes up. The entire experience has been great and I feel like the team really cares about my personal goals and wants to help me get there.

I’m biased BUT best trainer in Austin. Operate and are located downtown. Travel to your place of business or home. Most buildings have a gym so they just work in there.Very friendly and easygoing. Online coaching available.
