I’ve been training here the last 3 months with Nadiah. It’s been 6 years since I’ve been in a gym consistently - every time I’d start I’d get distracted with life and quit.The accountability with my trainer here has been huge. She helps on the nutrition and supplement side as well as the training routines.The facility is great - clean, friendly staff. Happy I started going here.
