I am posting this for my nephew. He is a Black card member. I went as a guest @ beginning of summer. I was pleased w/the experience. I had debated joining myself. Now however I don't think I will. The overall price is reasonable. The available hours of operation suck. They used to have 24 hour access on weekdays only (which is odd to me not weekends) . Now out of the blue they posted a notice they close everyday @ 9pm. Which will not work for him as his schedule changes daily. Wouldn't work for myself either since I work graveyard shift so that is the time frame I prefer on my days off. It's disappointing.

They play non-stop rap music. You think it stopped but that's just the song stopping and another rap song is about to start. I have to leave right now because I don't have headphones.

It took me a while to actually start using my membership and start working out. But after my first workout, I absolutely loved how courteous and welcoming their staff is. The gym and workout equipment are clean and very well kept. The environment is so friendly and the employees are awesome! I love this location. I'd like to thank their morning shift for being so supportive.

Such an amazing customer service by this guy with glasses and a beard. It doesn't matter what time it is or who walks in or out he always says hi or wishes ppl a good time. GIVE HIM A RAISE!

Overall decent but some shower hooks are missing and the shower heads are loose. They have great machines for compound weight training though!
