Always an issue with equipment not working, showers too hot or too cold, Mens sauna benches are disgusting. When is the last time they’ve been cleaned or at least disinfected. Good atmosphere/vibe though.

So far this place is a nightmare. If I could give them negative stars I would.The sign up process is easy, but good luck canceling personal training contract. Since I started I had 3 different trainers. Once my 3 rd trainer left I told them to cancel my membership because I don’t want to start over with another trainer. I canceled my membership with my trainer during last session and was told to call back on that Monday to confirm. I did this and was told a manager would call be back. Two days later called back was told the same thing.called back 3rd time and again told a manger Will contact me within the hour. Two days later manager did call me and informed me that he cannot cancel the membership and all he could do is put a hold so I wouldn’t get charged again and put a ticket it in to cancel this. Of course heard nothing back. I am done with EOS.

I went in to get a membership and Ben a team member was knowledgeable, polite and no heavy sales tactics which I appreciated. Gym was clean and not crowded around 12:30p when I was there, staff were all very pleasant.

If I could do zero stars I would. My experience starts when I came gym first day with my guest to start my membership only and have her tour the gym I was thrown a card and told follow the link very rudely. I had to repeatedly get up ask for help make sure I’m enrolling correct with several employees approval (after feeling like I bothered them) I was told everything correct I successful enjoyed in a black card membership just for my self. I let the bad experience go and come back next week to start my first work out and bought my mother as a guest with no need for her to obtain her own membership everything seemed fine. Month later I’ve only been able use this membership once as I had caught Covid obviously did not want spread to othersI check my account notice I had two charges of 79 something for the yearly fee I called the 1800 line asked why would there be two ? I only had my membership… unpronounced to me and to my mother somehow someone took it upon them self to creat a black card membership under my mother name and charge my account this was not bought my attention when I created the account when I bought my guest (my mother) to gym and they helped her down load the app I simple called spoke with assist manager who did not provide me his name and just wanted account closed and a refund for the accident things happen I understand however this assist manger very useless very rude and blamed me for the problem would no help or provide a solution would not even cancel the accountI’m deeply disappointed in this location it’s been 3 days still waiting on the general manger call as I was told open house is more important then my problemNice gym clean equipment however save your self the hassle and the money and your time take your money and business else where. Never been so disrespectedSorry for the lengthy story

Trash service. I tried to cancel with them before I had ankle surgery and wrist surgery and I even explained the details. I later found out they never canceled my membership and they've been charging me for over year. When I called to explain to them why I wasn't able to make it down again to cancel my service they went ahead and charged me for another full priced month before they were able to cancel it for me. Also it's dirty inside, my favorite machines are almost always broken. It's wayy too overpriced for what you get.

Love EoS. Always a great experience. EoS on Estrella has taken out the basketball court and is expanding the weights area. I'm super excited because the lifters area has gotten quite crowded. I'm sorry for the basketball lovers, but I have a feeling the lifters OUTWEIGH you 😁 update Aug 24: this gym is still one of the best EoS that I workout at!

Gym is nice. Few complaints that make the value sub par. Hours for kids club make it almost useless unless you are working a standard 9-5. Only open 8-12 and 4-8. Might as well say to any shift working first responder need not apply. Spoken with manager, regional manager, and written higher. Doesn’t matter to them. I would rather pay double, then pay half for hours you can almost never use.Also sauna has been broken for two weeks and there are very few working collars to hold weight in place.

Worked out here for 4 days while in town. Very nice gym with tons of equipment. Didn’t have much interaction with staff but the little I did was positive. Most everyone else working out was cool with working in or spotting when needed. Overall, I’d come here again.

People saying not crowded must be working out at 2am. Your lucky to find a parking spot yet alone a peice of empty equipment or bench without 3 people standing around it. Hit it hard and go home is my style. This EOS is more the look at yourself, talk, and hang out all day spot. Gym edict seems non existent. Good price, good equipment , but if you can't use it then it doesn't really help much.

The classes are great. The cinema is a good addition too with the gym. However a lot of the machines are broken and sometimes at night it gets really crowded. The kid’s club however needs a lot of work ethic. I’ve watched the employees from the security cameras they literally sit down, not watching the kids, and socialize like they are still in high school. All in all it’s a ok gym but there needs to be more people fixing the machines and more competent workers.
