F45 Training Goodyear

Great gym. Did a three day trial and joined for six months. I have a pretty significant injury and the coaches take time every class to modify around my injury. Workouts are well planned out and set up and explained before each class. Love the system because I don't need to figure out what to do each day, workout is already set up for you. Way less culty than CrossFit. Great trainers, great workout, I really enjoy going here. +100 classes update: this is a great gym, the coaches are very motivating and supportive including Nate, Jenna, Mario, Lainey, Rena, Maverick and others I may have forgotten to mention . Very fun gym

This “gym” is so fun. I go here almost daily with my bestie because we wanted to get in great shape. Classes are fun, fast paced, and push you farther than you think. Being able to come in for a quick workout that leaves you feeling like you’re closer to accomplishing your fitness goals everytime feels amazing. The coaches are knowledgeable and very motivating.

F45 Goodyear is AMAZING! I just completed my first 10 sessions and have been so impressed with everything this gym has to offer! Knowledgeable coaches, challenging workouts, and great music, which are wins for me! They also offer challenges where you can work to track and accomplish your personal fitness goals! So glad I joined! :)

F45 is a great/fun environment to get a workout in! The trainers are awesome and really motivate you to do your ultimate best all while watching your form. 5 stars go to the trainers and the environment they create to get a great workout in!! However, I wish more times could be added. I start work at 430am and I get off at 130p and I am a parent. With my son starting school and sports in the fall and spring an afternoon class at 230, 330, or 4 would be helpful for those that are parents.

I did the three day trial at F45, and now I’m absolutely hooked. I have been loving the programming, coaches and community that this F45 has to offer. I am someone who tends to get bored of workouts, but every day is a different workout which keeps me on my toes. I couldn’t recommend it enough if you are looking for something new.

F45 is a great fitness group workout that changes its format daily so your body doesn’t get used to the same exercises! It is really geared towards helping us learn functional movements to help us in our daily lives. You’ll meet a lot of great people and make new friendships along the way! The coaches are dedicated, knowledgeable, and all very personable - they are there to help us achieve our fitness goals! Take one class and you’ll be hooked - satisfaction guaranteed :)!

I’ve been in & out of the gym for YEARS. F45 eliminates all of the thinking for me. After a long day at work the last thing I want to do is program my own workout. F45 not only designs a functional program for me, but the coaches are the most encouraging & you leave not only feeling rewarded from completing a workout, but you leave feeling empowered to keep going, keep returning, keep pushing. You’re surrounded by like minded individuals, no mirrors, no intimidation. Just hard work & determination to finally conquer your goals. If you’re contemplating trying out F45, let this review be a testament & affirmation that you should come check us out! & I say us intentionally. Because the atmosphere really makes you feel apart of something special. Just show up and DO THE WORK!

If you’re THINKING of trying F45, DO IT! I promise you will not regret it! Almost 200 classes in and I’m still in love with it! Every day is a new work out, new goals to be killed! The coaches are amazing and the music is the cherry on top!

F45 Goodyear is the best gym I’ve ever had the pleasure to be apart of. The community supports one another and its always about cheering each other on. The coaches really care about your safety and form. Every class is high energy and the people make it even better. I highly recommend F45 Goodyear. It’s my home away from home!
