I do fitness in the morning and i love it its an amazing experience great teachers recommend 100% my daughter does Karate and let me tell you she has learned so much already!!

The Kick Boxing class I take in the morning with instructor Dulce, is more than a Cardio class is motivational, you able to enjoy yourself and feel real accomplishments. Best part is all equipment is provided, all you need is the desire to want to do something different!

Lady in the front needs to be more clear of what she says she’s very rude! Trust me when I say there are way better places than this one. All they want is money they keep getting these kids but they can’t even focus on your own because there’s way to many kids. All you are paying for is for them to be running around the building. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They need to get rid of the pregnant rude lady in the front. I don’t understand why they have her there in the first place. This place is very expensive to just have kids run around and not do anything else. If I could give this place a 0 I would. They also lied about who’s the teacher. They change everything they say for their own good. That’s very wrong of them! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Today I had a fabulous experience at Ki-Senshi, I went to their kick-boxing class, OMG!!! It was amazing, the class went by fast and it was fun. The instructor Dulce was super friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was going at my own pace and nobody was pressuring me!!!! I had tried other places in the past and I never felt this comfortable!I was very surprised by the place very, very, very clean and very well equipped. I totally recommended it!

My Daughters have been attending Ki-Senshi for the past 2 years and they LOVE IT! My kids have grown so much mentality, there confidence also has increased drastically. Ki-Senshi teaches our kids respect to everyone and the best part is that the kids love going there they say it’s like there second home! Highly recommend it 💙 …

They have a great program for the youth! It has injected confidence, discipline, and respect into our little ones. All of the Sensei’s and their helpers are professional and caring of their craft and students.
