Life Time

Recently had a training session with Regan at Lifetime Fitness. His focus was on my complaint of back pain and how to get my body in balance. He quickly assessed my weakness and helped me understand what to build up to alleviate pain. I had minimal muscle soreness at the 48 hr mark, and my back pain was much improved. I was truly shocked as I have been going to PT for over 2 months with no improvement. His passion was contagious, and I feel better and have better mobility. Sticking with this guy!Thank you so much Regan, you are a godsend.

The sales girl was not pushing for sales and was a pleasure to talk with. The monthly is high but what you get for it is while worth it. I pay a considerable amount more for each individual activity like $180 month for rock climbing, $145 month for yoga, $45 month for gym and a fee for pool. Lifetime fitness covers all that and more. It really is a club not just a gym.

I have had a very positive experience with LTF Palm Valley as a whole UNTIL I discovered I was still being charged $190 a month for training sessions I cancelled months before. I contacted my trainer and he quickly helped me fix the mistake. He's a great guy and a great trainer. I've reached or am close to reaching all my fitness goals because of his guidance. If you're looking for a trainer at this location, ask for Regan. He's the best.

Terrible place for families. My child was bitten 4 times one of them piercing through the skin and the only thing that was done was a report with no proof or report number. Not blaming the other child but I am blaming Lifetime for not having adequate staffing available to prevent at least the second bite. Definitely won’t be returning, and recommend that families look for other gyms. You won’t be able to workout in peace!

The locker rooms but most importantly the showers are in need of a remodeling, it feels as if you can cut your feet if you were to go in barefooted. It would also be much appreciated if the gym could go back to being 24 hours like before to justify the cost for a membership while other gyms are back to 24 hours.

I love Lifetime Fitness. What can I say.Top tier gym.Open, spacious environment.Loooots of options for workout spaces and workout types. Sauana, steam room, pool, outdoor and indoor. Big locker room. Friendly front desk/lobby area.

My family has loved Lifetime forever. We relocated from Minnesota and we moved to Litchfield Park. The Palm Valley club is closest to our new home and man does it make us feel like we are in Minnesota but with better weather! The sign up process and tour with Becca was amazing. You should ask for her, she is so personable and outgoing. Not pushy at all. I also dealt with Steve and Sam who helped me navigate my insurance program and gave me awesome insight.They walked us through the app and how to get the most. I took the photo of the outdoor pool which I am excited to use this summer!Thanks to the entire experience and staff, we finally have our “favorite part of Minnesota” with us in our new Arizona home!

Amazing Gym/Fitness center. I would compare this facility to a County Club. This facility offers any and everything you could possibly get out of a fitness center. The staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, Helpful, Kind, and most importantly down to earth. Thanks!

Excellent high quality facility! All the equipment and machines you could ever need, plus all of the classes and amenities you can think of, friendly staff and class instructors and great children’s center. Very nice locker rooms with steam room and sauna in each the men’s and women’s. Great food and shakes at the cafe , plus my wife and daughter get haircuts at the salon. I would say if you take advantage of everything than it is a great value for the membership cost. We’ve been members for 5 years and never had any unpleasant experiences or issues.

Really well equipped gym facility. Very clean, with lots of variety of activities you can engage in. There's two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, , two indoor jacuzzis, squash areas, two basketball courts, a climbing wall and a giant weights and cardio area on the second floor. The second floor also has a lot of stretch machines and calisthenics equipment, plus several pinching bags.The changing rooms are massive offering lots of space, towels, many showers, hair dryers, lockers with a pin combination and there's even a changing room for families. You can also get your nails(manicure and pedicure) done here, your hair cut, facial and more! The facility is equipped with a small cafe/restaurant where one can have a coffee or a full meal.There's also many classes that people can join(most of which are walk ins, so no need to schedule upfront).And the best of all, the gym is 24/7 with most amenities available the whole time.I'm sure I have missed out on a lot but really this place is great for the price and I am still exploring everything myself! 😁Also Wes(one of the account managers) is great and I recommend working with him to set up your account.
