The facility is very clean.The down side of this GYM is the heaviest dumb bells are 75 pounds and limits people from getting stronger and better at moving heavier weight.They also dont have free weight bench presses One of the biggest most essential pieces of Gym equipment to have!they also dont have Squad racks over this gym is for beginners or young kids

I would highly recommend this gym due to the friendly staff, availability of machines and cleanliness of the gym. I go to the gym quite frequently and have never run into a problem.

Everyone is amazing and the club is super clean. Never really too busy during the day. Gets busy at night. Staff is super friendly and understanding.

I just joined this gym. Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves usually. You don't feel like you're being judged by others which I love considering I don't like to work out infront of strangers.

They now closecfrom 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., but still not crowded most the time. Still cleaner than other gyms as well. The fact they keep it clean and don't have a bunch of broke machines keeps me coming back.

I dont go to the gym a lot but when I do it's for the hydro messages and the awesome chair messages they got everything here that you need showers tanning booth and some more visit and become a member I do it for the messages lol

I know there are other Planet Fitness locations around AZ, but this one is really awesome!! Very clean atmosphere, very friendly staff, they're like my 2nd fam and it feels like I'm home away from home. I come here every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday every week and mainly during the day to workout and they got lot of awesome equipment and it even has a pf TV. It even lets you listen to music, too!🎧💪

I have been going here for a year now and love it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is always clean and not really busy.

I have been a member for 3 to 4 years. PF is close to me and overall had a good experience with working out 3 to 4 times a week in the morning. The staff is nice. I recently sent in a a compliant wondering why they moved the rowers from the other cardio machines (with the tv's) to the back stretching room. The response I got is below.The rowers are a more complicated matter. what my club is doing is we are trying to go back to normal as best as possible and work based off of our franchise-based floor plan. The rowers are not part of the original floor plan. The stretching room is currently the best place for the rowers while maintaining our original floor plan as best as possible. We hope you understand why my facility is making these changes and that you appreciate the work and changes that my team is performing as well.So basically its complicated that I could not possibly understand, and the facility thinks its the best place for it. NOT that the ones who use it mostly care. Update your floor plan when you buy new equipment. The response it dismissive.Again the response below is dismissing not taking into account PF bought the rowers and placed them with the other cardio machines for months. The floor plan has changed many times. Just say we don’t care what one person thinks or feels. I am sorry PF feels this way about a simple move the rowers back,,, it’s not complicated just not caring.

Walked into planet today very happy to go tanning & work out. Very unbelievably I was greeted by the most rude lady and she then because very condescending. I asked for bed 4 for 9 mins pretty standard … I asked her if something was wrong & she was still even more rudewow that’s how you greet people that are paying to come to your place for 8 years??!?!Feb 24 th. 10:05 @ the Peoria & 75 th ave location younger lady named LEXI she had dark hair very bad attitude. I am sure planet fitness does not prefer people to be greeted this way.
