It's a decent gym. My only complaint is that the meatheads, who should know better, tend to not wipe down their equipment or put weights back where they belong. That's not the gyms fault.

I love Planet Fitness, but this specific gym has some older equipment. I would love to see them update their bench equipment. The Goodyear and location on 51 and Bell are better.

With the current state of COVID-19, what I like about Planet Fitness is that they have been keeping there word about making sure everything is cleaned routinely and keeping the proper social distancing per the CDC Guidelines. Also, the staff are really nice and helpful.

Friendly staff and good equipment. Very accessible for people new to weight machines and some forms of fitness (like me) and those more experienced. I've been here about 4 months and I love it so far!

Overall, Planet Fitness is a great beginner's gym. Has all the basic equipment you need. Just wish they would have a sauna. This particular location is rarely ever crowded. I have been to many other gyms, and this one fits my needs.

Very clean. Gym go-ers have to wipe down the gym equipment after use. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The hydro-massage beds are literally amazing.

This place steals money out of your account without telling you or warning you. I called and they refused to refund it back, and the lady I just spoke to at 8am today (Tuesday) was extremely rude and just hung up on me... Honestly she should be fired. Horrible customer service. I will never, NEVER go to this gym again and I recommend everybody else go elsewhere as well. They steal right out of your account. Theyve taken $80 from me in may alone, when my membership is $25/mo and they won't give anything back. They seriously screwed me over.

This facility is run perfectly for the situation we're in right now. Not only do I see the employees going around and cleaning the equipment constantly with disinfectant but the patrons care enough that they wipe everything down before and after each use. The staff is very professional and very personable, you always feel welcome when you walk in. And maybe what I like the most is, it's true there is no gymtimidation, (I Hope I Spelled that right.) I would most definitely recommend planet fitness to anybody looking for a calm pleasant place to go and get your workout on. Randy W.

Good gym, bad financial company though.Just pay in advance and you shouldn't have a problem with anything.Other than closing every day and not being a 24hr gym (which will probably be their downfall) it's a good place to work out.
